The Ridge Villas at Kapalua Resort are known for some of the best ocean and mountain views on Maui. Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.

This two-level townhome style end unit offers great ocean views from the main level as well as the master bedroom. A spacious private seating and lounging lanai offers the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner if one choses to use the fully equipped kitchen. While pleasantly secluded, you are just steps from the pool and a few minute walk to the beach.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. 1. Communication with Parish maui was easy and they were very responsive. I had a question and I actually talked to a very helpful live PERSON. 2. When we arrived the unit was very clean and everything is in great shape. 3. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we need to cook, the pots and pans worked well, There small things like plenty of soaps and paper towels. The outside patio was perfect for whale watching.

Amazing Views!

Perfect place for a get away! The views from the master bedroom are breathtaking! You are only a short walk to a beautiful beach and even shorter walk to the pool. The master bathroom is huge and newly remodeled which was a nice surprise and not pictured on the website. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room has beautiful view as well. Furniture wasn’t super comfortable but we didn’t hang out there much.The villa is set up on a hill in a quiet community near golf, tennis, small shops and a few restaurants. Management had great communication with us and immediately responded to a service issue we had. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Breathtaking location and lovely property

We have enjoyed 9 incredible days in this wonderful property. Waking up to magnificent views of the ocean and hearing the surf all night long, has been such a treat. This property has absolutely everything anyone could want and more. The list is too long to fit in this review. We would absolutely like to stay here again. Great location in The Ridge and close to the Ritz. Shuttle in Kapalua was a hit. The property is well cared for and the grounds are gorgeous. We will be back!!

Great option for a family trip.

We were able to easily book about a month in advance. The property manager approved the booking within 24 hours. We received an email checking with us regarding our flight information to ensure the check-in process would go smoothly about three days before the trip. The day before our trip, we received an email with the information necessary for check-in. During the trip, we received an email from the property manager to make sure everything was okay and keep lines of communication open. During check out, we were a bit confused on the process and tried calling the number provided for the property manager to confirm the checkout process. I am not sure if there was a connection issue but the line was disconnected while trying to reach out and we never got in contact with anyone. The property was clean and exactly as we expected based on the pictures and information on the online listing. There were many little touches left for us as guests that we appreciated. There were small conveniences throughout the rental that would be helpful if something basic was forgotten. Wifi connection was fast. The pull out bed in the couch was comfortable for my children. The upstairs was a little warm and humid during the day, but it cooled down in the evening and was comfortable to sleep in. We will note that the downstairs bathroom with the stand in shower did not have enough ventilation. Outside, there was a carport with an assigned spot that made for more comfortable loading and unloading of our luggage without worrying about rain, or standing out in the sun. There was also a small dumpster just around the corner that made for convenient disposal of trash with enough distance from the property that we didn’t have to worry about pests. Overall, we had no major issues with the rental and highly recommend considering it for a trip to Maui.

Very Clean with a Lovely View

Very close to everything that Kapalua had to offer! The amenities and extra towels provided were second to none and the beach is a two-minute walk from the property. The washer & dryer were extremely useful as well. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay!

Amazing rental

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The place was easy to book, check in was seamless and communication with property manager was made available if it was ever needed. The online listing was accurate. The community was well kept and quiet. We never had any issues with the a/c, water pressure and heat with four adults while both beds (including sofa bed) were comfortable. The location was perfect for walking access to the beach. Easy walk to nearby Ritz hotel or market, though shuttle is also available. Highly recommend if staying in this area.
