One of the largest Kapalua Bay Villa floor plans offering lanais off of each bedroom suite, this spacious ground floor villa has a covered dining lanai which opens up to a large grassy area, perfect for the little ones to play.

We had a really nice stay in Kapalua. The location is fantastic—only about five minutes from our favorite beach—and the views are unbeatable. The central air was a huge plus, and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathtub/shower setup was a little odd, and it would be great if the tub were actually usable, but it worked well enough for the trip.I mentioned a couple of small issues (the kitchen faucet and a lamp), and it seems like they were addressed quickly, which I appreciated. The kitchen itself could use a few more essentials, and I’m personally not a fan of the combined washer/dryer unit—it takes 3–4 hours to finish a load. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know.Overall, though, it’s a great place and I would stay here again. The only thing I’d avoid in the future is the upper-level condos on the property—they’re much more open and quite noisy compared to this one.

Great Family Condo

We stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas for a wedding at the Ritz and it was perfect. The views were beyond and the space in the unit was super conducive to our growing family and in-laws who stayed with us as babysitters! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Maui this week. Very windy but that didn’t stop us from all the fun. Beautiful view from this villa! The management company responds quickly. There are so many places to walk from here and the walk along the beach is magnificent.

Pros-Great location, condo was decently furnished, beds comfortable Cons-AC in main bedroom did not work well. Maitanence tried to fix it to no aval. Condo di have 2 chairs and an umbrella but the umbrella was broken. Kithchen well equipped but there are a limited number of forks/spoons, etc so constatntly running out after 2 meals.

Great location, view and value!

Recently stayed here and had a good experience. Plenty of space to spread out for families and bonus there's a washer and dryer. A short walk to the beach and pool.

Overall we enjoyed the unit very much. Great location, unit size and property, pools, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Only callout is the unit smelled quite musty/moldy, especially upon entering which was surprising since the unit is very clean and well kept.

not our best stay

Well.. we love kapalua villas and the location.. however this unit is in serious need of appointing and updating when we arrived we had workers in the bathroom we went on an excursion to find workers in the bathroom again unannounced old cans of paint had to be removed from bedroom closet our daughter cut her foot on a piece of glass embedded in the second bedroom carpet we had to manage cockroaches we had be buy new sheets as those provided were old and pilled the furniture is hard, old and incredibly uncomfortable There were very few provisions and those provided were pretty old and some broken use of TV was a mystery most of the time.. on the bright side.. management was responsive, the workers were nice and the view is wonderful. Its unfortunate that the owners do not invest in this wonderful location. we would come back to kapalua villas but never again to this unit. We love Maui inspite of our accomodations Aloha

Good relaxing stay

A little work needs to be done. Great viewsđŸ€ nice Kitchens. One bed needed new sheets and pillows. Washer was leaking. Relaxing and location great! Will not Rent ground floor next time people upstairs with small kids running around. Love Hawaii will be back next year after Covid is a better under control. Testing was a little bit of a pain.

Beautiful ocean view

This is our second stay here. We had the building by ourselves throughout the week except the last two days. Pretty quiet but got some loud kids later stomping on floor. This is ground level so if you’re concern about noise you might want to get an upstairs unit. The property management was very responsive to our questions about the air conditioning and follow up for potholders. We cook a lot!

Great relaxing stay

Simply cannot beat the location and beach this property sits on. Great views and quick walks or drives to nearby snorkeling and swimming make it a winner. The unit is well cared for but could use some updating compared to other units on property.
