Panoramic views of Molokai and Oneloa Beach are endless from this two bedroom one-level beachfront villa. A partially enclosed dining lanai as well as additional lounging lanais are perfect for relaxing and enjoying all of West Maui ocean scenery.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. The unit was exactly as advertised - great unit, very quiet, beautiful view. The property was very nice and secluded. It was great to be near a path and snorkeling without having to drive.The unit was in great shape.

Most places we’ve stayed have pictures that exaggerated the actual conditions, but this property is an exception. The pictures on the listing do not adequately convey the incredible views of the beach, coast, homes and golf course. We were all taken back walking in the front door, hands down the best views of any place we’ve ever stayed. We have stayed in both southern, and western Maui on prior trips and this was everyone’s favorite location by far. If available in the future, we would book here again without hesitation. We loved hiking to the Ritz cafe for breakfast and the restaurants near by are awesome (Merimans, Sansei, Taverna). There is zipling and bike rentals less than a mile away and a cool cliff jumping area near Kapalua beach too. The property management company (Parish) was very attentive and communication was great. A across the board!

Mom's 60th Birthday Trip to Kapalua where she met Dad

Loved every minute. Our location steps from the beach with panoramic views of the ocean and Molokai was fantastic. The property was spacious, lovely, and comfortable. Amazing in every way. We can't wait to return!

25th Anniversary Trip

We decided to take our 17 and 19 year olds with us to Maui. The Kapalua area is beautiful and this condo is well worth it. You just won’t believe how incredible the views are from your bedrooms and back patio. Only complaint was the weather. Parrish Maui did an excellent job communicating and presented the condo with all of the luxuries of home. They even gave us coffee and a pineapple. There is hiking on the trail right outside your back door. There is also a beach that you pretty much have to yourself. Tons of great places to eat all around. Plantation House is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner with incredible views. Taverna was a great Italian place and Cane and Canoe was an incredible nice dinner out. Very pleased with Parrish Maui and they job they did.

Amazing location

Amazing location. The views are gorgeous. Nearby beach was very windy during our April visit but still loved it. Kapalua beach is a 5 min drive away and it is amazing for snorkeling. Full kitchen is good for breakfast. Washer and dryer in the unit are very useful. TVs in every room.

Amazing Oceanfront View

While there are steps to negotiate, it’s all worth it for the amazing view. Big partially covered deck allowed us to be outside even when it decided to rain. Nice interior layout with very nice amenities. Parrish team quickly took care of a small problem we had with a smoke detector. Very friendly and responsive company.

Beautiful location - great vacation

This is one of our favorite places to visit and this beach front condo in West Maui was perfect for our holiday. The unit was well equipped, the views of the ocean (lots of whale sightings) and the nearby beaches were amazing. Perfect location for exploring all of West Maui. The property management team were friendly, responsive and very helpful during our visit. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location in Kapalua

The property is exactly as advertised -- right on the shore with great views inside and from the lanai of the Pacific and Molokai. There is also direct access to a very nice beach and coastal hiking trail. Plenty of restaurants, stores and golf nearby. The property was clean and perfect for two adult couples. When we needed extra towels and onsite property manager was very responsive and helpful. We most like will return in the near future.

Magnificent

This villa is absolutely amazing. Very clean and had all the basic necessities for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion would be to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The lights from the villa parking were very bright. The Kapalua shuttle was great. Being able to take the shuttle to all Over the Kapalua property was very nice. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Gorgeous!

My husband and twin sons (17) had a great time at this condo. The location truly was the best of all the units- panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean. The two sliding doors really made it feel open. The bathrooms were huge. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. We will definitely be staying at this unit again. The gated entrance and private beach was great. Highly recommend! They need to update the video with current pics of decor and furniture. The pictures are updated- - Kelli

It was wonderful! The Aloha group Stacey, and Jeff. Sorry forgetting name of other man who was also helpful. Beautiful view! Ocean roar!! Not an issue with doors closed . Only problem there is a light outside the window of the 2nd master suite. The blinds could not stop all of the light. Tried to turn it off at night but not in house control. Enough light to disturb sleep

Great Kapalua condo - IF THEY'RE NOT WORKING ON IT ALL WEEK!

Another couple and my wife and I splurged and stayed at this beautiful but very expensive condo for the week, primarily for it's close proximity to and beautiful views of the beach shown on the rental pics. Before arriving, I got an email that there would be exterior work that shouldn't last a day. Assuming it was only one day, we weren't concerned. When we arrived, there was scaffolding and equipment around one side of the condo, which blocked the view from 1 of 2 master suites and partially blocked view from dining room, and which remained for entire visit. Workers were onsite all day M-Thur, sometimes on the lanai, and making it awkward at times. By midweek, I sent an email with pics complaining about the work and loss of views, and requested some compensation. I got a prompt reply offering an apology, excuses that it's out of their control, and a (frankly condescending) suggestion that I should be getting out and enjoying Maui. But no compensation or even offer of a free meal. I understand they may not have control over upgrades and maintenance, but they have full control over price and partial refund. On a positive note, when someone isn't working on your lanai, there is a beautiful view of and easy access to Oneloa Beach, which I appreciated as an avid open water swimmer and snorkeler. Lots of ants, but I'm assuming that's due to location. Living room, bedrooms, bathrooms very spacious. Oddly, no beach toys or boogies boards included. We had good time despite the issue, but we feel cheated. Since there is no guarantee that you get what you paid for, I can not recommend this condo.

Maui Kapalua Bay

Very nice location directly on ocean with no obstructed views. We enjoyed opening the floor-to-ceiling windows each day to give the unit an open air feeling. We loved being steps away from the stairs down to the beach. And for those particularly windy days, we even took advantage of the pool area to take in some sun. The pool area was a very lovely, clean space. Finally, we had top rate assistance from the concierge before we began our trip. She was invaluable in scheduling all of our adventures!!
