Our luxury one bedroom condo is a penthouse (top floor) mountain and pool facing condo with vaulted ceilings, new appliances and Keurig. We are situated at the beautiful ocean front Waipouli Beach Resort.
The large main bedroom features a King size bed (with a brand new mattress and box spring as of October 2023) with all new luxury bedding, mahogany wood décor and furnishings, your own private bathroom with dual sinks with a large soaking tub and a lot of space!
There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room that easily sleeps two people and features all new bedding as well as a new mattress replaced February 2025.The second bathroom has easy hall access.
When we purchased this condo in September 2021, we did a complete overhaul of the space with the hopes this almost 1000 square foot condo will feel like your home away from home.
The entire condo is air conditioned and includes a front loading washer and dryer (new stainless washer and dryer installed in January 2022).

THE SPACE:
The Waipouli Beach Resort is a new concept in luxury accommodations on the lush island of Kauai, Hawaii and is centrally located within easy reach to any area of the island. The resort features a heated, state of the art lazy river with two slides, three sand bottom hot tubs, and a zero entry sand bottom kiddy pool, as well as The Oasis, an award winning restaurant, workout facility, and the day spa, Spa By The Sea. Our top floor, penthouse condo has all the amenities of a luxury resort combined with the space and plush interior of this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that includes an ultra gourmet top of the line kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf glass cook top, Wolf oven, GE profile microwave, dishwasher, granite counter tops and African Mahogany cabinets plus two full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine tile surrounds, a soaking tub & shower, and artwork.
This condo was recently updated when the new owners purchased it in September 2021. We added new bedding, towels, Roku streaming TVs, and a Keurig with coffee pods. We want you to feel as if you're at your "home away from home" when you stay at our condo.
This unit has a new 65 inch Smart TV in the living room (installed November 2025) with access to every app available and is wall mounted. The Main Suite also has a 50 inch wall mounted smart TV.

This luxury resort is located on the beautiful Waipouli Beach coastline between the historical towns of Kapaa and Wailua. For those who are looking for adventure, Kauai has all there is to offer. If an oceanic or water experience is what you are looking for, you may choose to explore the Napali scenic tour, Wailua River Cruise, Kauai kayaking, or a number of sunset dinner cruises. The island also offers endless snorkeling and scuba diving as well as exciting mountain river tubing through tunnels (flash light hats provided).

For those that want to stay on land, Kauai offers ATV tours, horseback riding, hiking the lush rain forests or beautiful waterfalls, multiple zip line excursions, or any of the authentic luaus may be the island experience for you!!

Leave your pool and beach towels at home! You can check or exchange out up to 6 new large resort / cruise style beach / pool towels each day at the pool towel desk that's located just inside of the pool gates behind the outdoor BBQ area.
