We stayed in C106 from January 23-31st. It more than exceeded expectations! It has a spacious kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The kitchen has updated appliances, and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and storage containers. I found the king-size bed very comfortable! The hostâs instructions were outstanding, and we had no difficulty finding or accessing the unit. I was under the impression the unit faced the pool but it does not. Regardless, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, pool, and shopping. The complex is conveniently located for grocery shopping and exploring the island. We rented a car but it was only a short walk to the nearby Safeway. The complex has a wonderful pool, waterfalls, and slides, and we also bathed in shallow portions of the ocean along the beach. As far as exploring the island, the complex, is about 15 minutes from the airport, an hour and 10 minutes to the north side, and a little more to the south side near Waimea. We had fun at Kehaha Beach Park and Tunnels Beach Park but our favorites were Anini Beach Park for snorkeling and Donkey Beach for sunbathing. We ate at Oasis on the Beach one night and the food and service were excellent but somewhat pricey. We also enjoyed the sushi place near Safeway. One great plus was the beach accessories such as umbrella, chairs, and snorkels. All in all, we loved the unit, did not want to leave Kauai, and would return again!
