Another wonderful stay at Lae Nani

We have been coming to Lae Nani for many years and have had the chance to stay in a number of different 2BR units. This unit was perfect. Wonderful views, modern but tropical decor and very well equipped. We look forward to returning soon!

All was great
except


The condo was great and met all of our needs. The only issue we had - and the reason for the 4 stars - is the pigeon excrement all over the lanai. There was so much there that it made 2/3 of the lanai unusable. That said, they did remedy the situation when we called. We like Kapaa due to its central location, making it more convenient, and less time consuming, to go both north and south.

Our Holiday in Paradise!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean and very well stocked . The best part was incredible view every day. Breakfast on the patio was amazing every morning, And we enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of of the ocean. We would love to book this condo again. Communication with host was super easy, with quick responses. Thank-you for the yummy chocolates!

Great View and location

Great view and location. Enjoyed the surroundings. The unit is right by the Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava bar. We paid for a late checkout which was very convenient for our 9:00 pm flight out. I would defiantly stay there again. Now the negative: The kitchen pans severely warped as another commenter wrote. We bought a new frypan with a heavy bottom and left it there so if the cleaners didn't remove it, then it will be available to subsequent guests. There was an $89 I'll call it junk fee added to the usual cleaning, taxes, and vrbo fees. That fee was listed as a damage waiver but no one could adequately tell me what it covered and didn't provide a written summary of the "policy" that I asked for. Unit was clean but there is a large stain in the carpet of one bedroom.

This was a very pleasant experience from top to bottom. The property was a real gem. Great location, clean well kept condominium and overall facility conditions were excellent. Perfect for families and or adults only. Highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Very nice.

Overall this is a very nice unit. A little noisy at night. The slatted windows could have been cleaner. Refirgerator sounds like it might be on it's last legs, although it worked fine for us. The ceiling light in the second bedroom didn't work. The most disappointing thing was that the pots and pans were warped so badly that they were almost completely unusable.

Amazing place to stay

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. We sat on the balcony every morning eating breakfast looking at the ocean. My daughter used all the beach toys. The best part is the location. Having a private beach we could walk to was perfect. We visited other beaches and always ending up coming back to our beach because it was better. It is a 2 minute walk to the coconut market too. It made everything so convenient. We will definitely be staying again.

Perfect spot in paradise.

Our stay in Wailua was perfect. The property is located in a great area and has convenient access to beaches, a pool, restaurants and groceries. And that’s walking distance. The property itself was ideally appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to handle meals. The beach gear was handy and enjoyed by my kids. My favorite moments were sitting in the patio at the end of a long day enjoying the sound of the ocean.

Wonderful vacation

Thank you for opening up your home to us. The condo was fantastic, the beach was great to swim and snorkel in and the location was beautiful. We had a view of the ocean from our room and the grounds are landscaped so nicely. We walked around other properties in the area and knew we rented the best place! The location was great too as we did a lot of exploring of the whole island. We really enjoyed Chicken in a Barrel and Jo Jo's Shaved Ice within walking distance, along with other restaurants and stores. The Lava Lava Club had a nice bar and restaurant right on the sand. The unit had everything we needed for the stay and we appreciated the fans to help circulate the air. I slept very well while there! We would love to come back again someday but we would just bring command strips to put up some hooks to dry our beach towels and swim suits. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!!!
