Great view from this Kauai second floor condo. This unit is updated and spectacular.

The Space:

This Lae Nani condo is just right for your Kauai vacation. An updated kitchen, baths and wood flooring in the condo. A king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living area.

We are on the second floor overlooking the Wailua Bay and then the Pacific Ocean. You can view whales in the winter months from the lanai.

Walking distance to several great places to eat or get snacks and The Coconut Marketplace has been recently renovated. There is a large ABC store, more restaurants and shops there.

Our guests ALL remark on the beauty of our grounds and love the large pool near the ocean.

This condo has a portable air conditioning unit in the bedroom for added comfort for sleeping. We have the tradewind breezes for cooling, no central AC.

Parking for one car and WiFi in the condo are free.

Our guests have access to our great pool, bbq`s, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.


The Neighborhood:

We are close to a number of good places to dine, shop and also activities. Sleeping Giant is behind the condos where you can hike or take a kayak up the Wailua River to Secret Falls. Also Opaekaa Falls is only a short drive.

The Kauai multi-use path in in front of the condo and goes all around the bay to the Lydgate Beach Park


Getting Around:

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a rental car to enjoy all there is on the island.

Woulda gotta 5+ but.....

Property was beautiful, condo clean & comfortable, perfect for our needs, great location (ocean view & beach view, beautiful landscape, and attention to detail) EXCEPT for finding our building and our condo. We recvd the check in codes in advance (appreciated that). We arrived after dark and could not find our building, let alone our condo. Please add lighted numbers to the buildings i.e. bldg 3, bldg 2, etc. The map at the office did not show "YOU ARE HERE" in order to better pinpoint and orient where we were (as 1st timers). The map to the property could have been bigger and around some type of lighting in order to better see it. I was not aware that another level of management was added (Blue Jade R/E-Dream Vacations Kauai) nor was there advance notice that by using a credit card for payments that we would be charged the bank transaction fee (approx. 7%). Altho the first transaction charge was reversed, the second one was not which was frustrating because I sent a check for the balance of our condo one month prior to the due date which was never received by Blue Jade so I had to use my c/c again and incurred the second fee. This may be a little long but this was the first time I used VRBO so I may not be as sophisticated to know about these little things which could be helpful for other 1st timers. Thank you.

Amazing!

When we walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean the condo was! That made the best first impression! We had the best stay at #328! Everything about the condo was great! Restaurants and shops so close by to walk to! And the condo is located perfectly if you want to go south to Poipu or north to Princeville! We loved our stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

What a gem!

We chose to stay at this property as a total random pick. We did not know what to expect, but we were exceeded in our expectations! The property was wonderful, and the location was amazing! We really enjoyed walking next door to the lava lava beach club Every morning for breakfast. The weather was fantastic the entire duration of our trip. The pool is lovely, and the condo was clean and comfortable. I will say it was quite hot and stuffy upon arrival. On warm days, there is no air in the living room, but it cools off f you leave the slider open and turn all the fans on. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular

I have stayed at Lae Nani 15+ times and I was a little nervous about this location being at the end of building 3 and by the laundry. It was AWESOME! I would stay in this unit again, in a heartbeat. It was well stocked and clean. Lae Nani is always exceptional and this trip was no exception.

Steps to the Beach and Pool

Lae Nani is a beautiful property. The grounds are well kept, and the access to the beach is within steps of each condo, as well as the pool. The pool is a good size and overlooks the ocean. The beach is very nice and not heavily populated. It is 5 5-minute walk to shopping and restaurants as well. Really a great location and central to the island. Definitely loved the East Side for our family. The condo is well kept and the kitchen has everything you need. It could use updating and a split AC unit. Having AC in the bedroom was a must when we visited in August. It was hot at night otherwise. I would book through Blue Jade again for sure. They were a great property management company and super responsive. I would suggest that they get rid of the brown towels in the bathroom. They were old and after use, it would have a musty smell. I thought they were from sitting in the washer too long, but I washed them again and they did the same thing. The DVD player didn't work, so that needs to be replaced. We rented a movie and couldn't watch it which was a bummer. There is an ice machine in the freezer which came in handy. The screen door to the patio needs new rollers. It was so loud, that I felt bad for the neighbors because they sure could hear it. This is a middle floor unit and you could hear the people walking above you. It was only an issue in the morning if you were trying to sleep. The unit has a view of the ocean, which is amazing, and is right by the laundry facility.

Great Stay!

The apartment was newly renovated and clean. There were a few stains on the couch cushions, but other than that everything was sparkling. There is laundry right downstairs. You can get to a nice walking/bike trial from the back of the property & there are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The beach was not very swimmable when we were there, but that can change with the day/season. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again if we ever return!

A Little Bit of Heaven

This was our 2nd time at Lae Nani, and we will be back. The condo is just steps to the beach, has a beautiful ocean view from its lanai, and is fully equipped. The gardens are gorgeous.

Great location and perfectly sized unit. Unit is very keenly kept and appointed with great furniture, kitchen appliances, and bedding. The bedroom air conditioning unit is a wonderful addition. Property grounds are immaculate and the beach is beautiful. We loved our stay and look forward to returning as soon as possible!

Excellent condo in beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay in Wailua with a family of 4. The entire process of renting this condo was a great experience. The condo and overall grounds are well maintained and we had every amenity we needed. Location is excellent with the on-site swimming pool and 1 minute walk to excellent beach. Would highly recommend.

Nicely decorated, well-maintained condo right on the beach! Beach, ocean, pool, grills, Lava Lava Beach Club, and Coconut Marketplace all within walking distance. Awesome views and landscaped property with exotic plants and colors. Had a great time!

Very clean; no bugs

I have stayed at the Lae Nani multiple times over the last 30 years. This particular unit was very clean, had nicely remodeled bathrooms and there were no bugs that came out at night. (I have stayed in other units where this was a problem.) The living room has an extensive Hawaiian decor. In the refrigerator were two large pitchers of cold water waiting for us and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, but didn't need to use it much given the very nice cross breeze that can be achieved by keeping the bedroom door open. As usual, the grounds were and pool area were well maintained.
