Enjoyed our stay at Jims place. Went to a Chiefs game and brought our little senior dogs. They enjoyed the backyard. The place was very clean, cozy, and quiet. Close to many good eating places. Jim was helpful with all the directions we ask about. The on-line pictures are exactly as posted. Looking forward to staying there again as it served us well!

Surprised the Grandkids!

My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. It was really nice to have coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. You are in the city, but it feels like you are in the country. It is located in nice quiet neighborhood. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Kansas City.

Overall everything was great, parking was hard because we had 2 big vehicles. The house was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Jim was accommodating and very responsive to our needs

The stay was very nice, and comfy. It was a bit tucked away when trying to find the location but great for privacy! The neighborhood is quiet, and there’s much to do within a few blocks of the area! We also loved the great amenities and materials provided in the kitchen & bathroom thank you!’

In town for a weekend getaway, this was just the place! Quiet, peaceful, and clean! So glad to have had stayed here! Definitely will stay here again! Host was a delight!

Very Old, Noisy, and Furnishings Rough

We had an okay stay while we were at the property, but the smoke alarms went off the second night the owner dealt with it right away. The owner of this property is definitely the highlight as he is very kind and quick to help, BUT the property itself is not good. The rokus on the tv were so old that they wouldn't work, the third mattress was terrible because there wasn't even a space for it to go and the stairs were the loudest things on the planet. The only bathroom is upstairs so if anyone went on the stairs it woke up the entire city. I hate to leave a negative review, but I would never stay at this spot again.

The beds were comfortable and the owner was very nice. The place smelled like cat pee. There were also some load neighbors that were outside until the early hours of the morning.

Cozy Stay

The property was perfect for our stay. We were up for our Daughters Softball tournament, we needed a place to lay our heads for the night with a kitchen. This property was clean and cozy for just that. The property owner was very responsive and even accommodated last minute changes with no hassle. We will stay again.
