This is a 2nd floor unit of a duplex. There are about 6-8 steps up onto the front porch and about 8-10 steps up to the unit. Once inside your unit you'll find 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always readily available.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
