Guest will receive access code to the building and condo the day of arrival. Should any issues arise the host is just a phone call or text away!

Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by the architecture of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began transforming swampy land in 1907. By 1922, the first Plaza buildings opened—earning the area the nickname “Nichols’ Folly.” Today, the Plaza is renowned for its Moorish-style architecture, cobblestone streets, and more than $1 million in public artwork, including fountains, murals, and over 30 statues.

This first floor studio apartment offers a stylish and functional layout, featuring a plush queen bed, small couch and smart TV for relaxing, and a full kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Coffee lovers will enjoy the enhanced coffee bar, complete with a K-cup maker, milk frother, French press, and pour over.

The full bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and is stocked with fresh linens and Tommy Bahama toiletries including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each guest receives one large bath towel, one washcloth, hand towels, and dark makeup towels for added convenience. The in-unit washer and dryer make it ideal for extended stays.

The Nelson-Atkins Museum is right across the street which offers plenty of scenic walking and the Plaza is only one block away. When you're ready to explore, catch the free KC Streetcar and visit Union Station, Crown Center, Power & Light, and the City Market - all of these iconic locations are directly accessible on the KC Streetcar route!

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. *CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
