Access is through the rear of the building with a personalized code provided on your arrival day. Please note: this building does not have an elevator—access is via stairs only.

You have access to one reserved parking spot during your stay! Park and walk to the Power & Light District where you can catch the free StreetCar that goes from the River Market, Power & Light to Union Station! Take a short minute Uber ride or rent scooters, your options are endless!

This protection plan is $30 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 4, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
