*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Great place to stay! The home was roomy, clean, and very quiet. We were in town for an event at the T-Mobile Center and it was a short, easy walk, which made things really convenient. It’s also close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We had no issues during our stay. The host was quick to respond, check-in was easy and well organized, and there was great information provided about the house and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this loft. Family of 4, 2 young adults and the three bedroom layout was perfect for us. We liked being in the Crossroads area, allowing us to be close to so many things (18th and Vine museum area, WWI museum, Nelson-Atkinson, Toy and Miniature museum, Kauffman stadium). We drove to KC and drove everywhere we wanted to go, save for walking two blocks from the flat to go to Grinders, Session Taco and more. Very clean place, stocked well.

Visited Kansas on a girl's trip and this was a wonderful place to stay. The ability to control the temperature in each bedroom allowed us to be comfortable. It is a beautiful property and we were very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, the bus stops and streetcar and didn't bother renting a car. The only things that we didn't like were having to enter on the rear of the building, off the alley, but we felt safe and got used to it. It would also be helpful to have the address on the front of the building to make it more easily found by delivery services. Overall, great place to stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location to catch an event at T-Mobile Center

This chic loft is only a 5 minute walk from the T-mobile center! We drove to town from MN for one night and this worked perfect to stay here. Beds were comfortable as well.

Place had great vibes, loved the brick walls, exposed ceilings. Took kids to opening day at the K then back to relax and watch sweet 16. Location was great for us to run and grab food to take back. For sure will stay again.

Great location near the T-Mobile Center. Nice to have room to spread out and relax. Great to have parking spots available too. Accommodations were as posted and very comfortable and clean. We discovered the Brewer's Alley and enjoyed many restaurants that were close. Would definitely stay again.

Very Comfortable Stay

We were in town to connect with old friends & do a bbq tour. Oak street lofts were a great central location. Pay careful attention that the entrance is in the back. Loved that there was a parking lot close to the entrance to park in. We enjoying the brewpubs & bars in the area. Easy to get on the free KC Streetcar on main street a fee blocks over to go to other places in the city such as the city market by the river or to union station. We all slept great. i did hear some car noise on Friday & Saturday evenings - but it wasn’t overbearing. There were extra blankets if needed. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided in the showers. The TV is a roku tv so can be cumbersome trying to find channels to watch sporting events. We ended up streaming the Sunday night football game from our phone to the TV. We were pleasantly surprised by KC & would definitely come back for a visit. You can’t go wrong with this loft.
