☞ SMOKING: We use devices like Wynd Sentry in homes to instantly detect cigarette, marijuana, vape smoke with irrefutable evidence and reporting. Reservations are cancelled with no refund. Guest is formally trespassed and must leave within one hour of Host notifying them to vacate. So to be safe, smoke across the street from home.

☞ Visitor Policy: Requires Host approval and ID for visitor; limit and restrictions apply.

☞ FREE Parking: 2 Cars Max; Got more cars? Fee applies - get approval now to avoid tow.

☞ No parties or events. An event is defined as more than the number of guests declared on the reservation at the same time.

Loved the location of the property and the host was an excellent communicator. Contact was made prior to and during our stay. They assured that we were able to access the property without any issues. The king size bed and bedding was marvelous. Towels were very nice and soft. The place was very clean and comfortable. And there were ample kitchen supplies. My daughter and I felt very safe in the location. A big plus was the parking lot in the back of the building that included a ramp to get your luggage to the second floor and wheelchair accessible. This property is highly desirable and recommended.
