We provide a starter supply of k-cups, creamer, and sugar so you can enjoy your favorite brew from the moment you arrive.
Living Room:
The inviting living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Kansas City. Kick back and catch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, set up with high-speed internet and easy access to Netflix and Hulu (just log into your personal accounts).
Bedrooms:
Each of the two bedrooms is designed for restful nights, featuring plush queen-size beds, multiple pillows, and hotel-quality linens. Luggage stands and spacious closets are available, so you can fully unpack and feel at home.

This unit features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/tub combination and stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products â including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Close to everything!! Walking distance to the Plaza and Westport. Uber is always a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location. The property is also only 10 minutes away from Union Station where you can catch the KC Streetcar for FREE coming October of 2025.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
