The area was great and the place was very cute. Thankfully the restaurant was still open because the door code was not working. Couldn’t figure out how to make the air conditioner run and cool down the place. Would love to stay again. Hopefully when we are there for longer.

Nice place in a great location. Th restaurant below was really good. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the downtown. My only issue was when sleeping in the small room the ac unit on light makes the whole room glow green. Bring a sleep mask.

The stay was everything we were looking for. I love Excelsior Springs and the property puts you in the heart. Lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and kind. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the bed was hard to leave. The furniture, the bathroom, all added to the stay. We could watch tv and had wifi. It was spotless and cozy and Susan made sure I had all the information I needed in great time before my stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay for a special event in Excelsior Springs. Our stay certainly felt more personalized when compared to staying in a hotel. The downtown area wasn’t loud or distracting. We will certainly visit again when we have more time to stay and explore the area.

Excellent overnight stay

We had an anniversary celebration and this was conveniently right around the block from so walking distance was very nice. The place was cute with a little old mixed with a little new. Loved the bathroom. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another time!

Overall, very good

The bed a little too firm for us but that’s a personal thing. The shower floor was extremely slick, dangerously so. The room itself is very cute. There were a lot of wasps flying outside the entrance.

Great place to stay

My daughter had a dance competition in Excelsior Springs that included late nights in early mornings. This was a perfect place for the two of us too spend the night. The loft was clean and we had everything we needed.

Amazing location and stay

Check in process was emailed to us before we arrived, and our host showed us how to access our suite. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large and the elegant, the pictures online were great but in person the room is amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Girls night

Myself and my 8 year old had a girls night! We had the best time downtown. Went to mind body and soap shop, lots of great soaps and jewelry then had dinner at Ventana.. delicious! Loved our stay! Huge room
 gigantic bed, she loved the bathtub. Such a cute place for a girls weekend or family night.

Cute little place, well decorated

This loft is over a wine bar, which was a lot of fun itself. The staff/owner were very nice and helpful. Boardgames aplenty both in the bar and the room. Coffee in the room. Pretty quiet street. Parking was OK.There were a couple of minor issues that I'll bring to the owner's attention privately.

Very lovely large 2 room VRBO in Excelsior Springs, MO Hall of Waters District close to most downtown shops and eating places. Easy walking distance to everything. Our only complaint is that there needs to be blackout curtains for the bedroom.
