The breakfast as empty of items and no variety. When we first arrived the desk was friendly. When we got to the room ther was edging coming off the microwave stand. Had asked for coffee but never received.The lobby informed us the hot tub didn:t wirk it had a leak. We talked with manager because I only book hotels with hot tubs and she stated we should have received a email which we did not receive. The hot tub was still on website. It also stated a indoor pool so we went to check it out abd it was like ice bath.You assume with an indoor pool in KC, mo to be heated. This is definitely false advertisement..The second night the toilrt over flowed and the phone did not work so my daughter went to front desk and there was 2 men at desk and we were told the phones in all the rooms did not work, Also no maintenance so they found a plunger so my daughter to take care of it. so she plunged it and cleaned up.Also the 3 nights we were there not one time did a housekeeper come to the room for anything. Now I belive in enviromental measures but they could have at least emptied the trash and brought fresh towels. Again my daughter saw a housekeeper and asked for 2 to empty our trash. Another thing the coffee was never hot excep first thing in the morning. I tried to make tea and the hot water was lukewarm at best. We were there for my nephews wedding or I would of went somewhere else but we did not have time.Nothing worked. Only good thing was a decent bed. So what did we pay for?
