*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Great communication from the host. Location of the property was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to the Plaza and short drive to Union Station and Crown Center. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

KCBBQ Weekend

The Westwood was our home base for a weekend in KC and it suited our needs perfectly. Property was as described, neat and clean. Checkin was a breeze and we felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and there was a large park a block away for an early morning stroll. Perfect, thanks Cozy in KC!

Amazing place to stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the perfect place to stay. The house was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The location was great to get downtown but the neighborhood around the house was great too. Lots of restaurants and shopping. I’d stay there again

Quick spring break getaway with kids

Cute little three bedroom duplex that’s one block away from a park, which is nice when having children along. It was very clean, easy to notify host of any problems, and check in was very simple. One of the best parts was check out! No extra cleaning, just pick up after yourself basically.
