Welcome to our thoughtfully furnished 2-bedroom duplex, perfect for extended stays of 30 days or more. Located just minutes from the historic 39th Street District, you'll enjoy easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, this area is home to families and KU Medical Center residents. The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. Dining along Rainbow Boulevard offers casual BBQ, taquerias, and Asian cuisine including pho and Thai curries.
During your stay you'll have full access to your unit the amenities offered.

Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and two comfortable bedroomsâeach furnished with a cozy queen bed. One of the bedrooms also includes a TV, perfect for winding down at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your convenience.
A sliding patio door in the kitchen opens up directly to the fully fenced backyard. There, you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammockâideal for enjoying outdoor time in comfort and privacy.
The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals.
