Cally Mill Farm is a luxurious 50 acre country retreat, boasting magnificent views of Kangaroo Valley's escarpments. This exquisitely designed 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom home features a central, light-filled living and dining area where guests can come together by the fireplace, prepare a feast in the gourmet kitchenand totally unwind! The en-suite master bedroom occupies its own wing of the house (complete with outdoor bath tub!), and a second wing accommodates the remaining 3 bedrooms (all en-suite), as well as a guest bathroom. Cally Mill is edgy, spacious and calming. You will never want to leave!
Where will I be?
Cally Mill Farm is located an easy 7 minute drive from Kangaroo Valley village - along Mount Scanzi Road. Kangaroo Valley is located two hours from Sydney and is considered one of the most scenic valleys in the world. It offers many outdoor adventures such as canoeing in the Kangaroo River, hiking to waterfalls and swimming holes, or spotting the local animals. The village has coffee shops and cafes, a local pub and delightful independent retailers. Kangaroo Valley is also just a 30 minute drive from both neighbouring villages of Berry and Bowral, and 40 minutes to the beach.

Being only 7 minutes from the village or the golf course, on a sealed road, Cally Mill also has so much to offer, right on its door step.
How is the property laid out?
Cally Mill Farm comprises four bedrooms all with ensuites. The lounge room with beautiful stone fireplace, kitchen and dining area are central to this home. The pitched ceiling ensures the view is captured from all parts of this room. There is also a separate media room, and a mezzanine level with an additional sitting area great for reading a book or playing board games. The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the corner of one end of the home, and also features a private outdoor bath. The remaining three bedrooms are at the opposing end of the house.
Additional details of this quality home include Butler's pantry, dual ovens, double glazed windows throughout, an additional shared bathroom, full laundry, an outdoor fireplace, and two outdoor entertaining areas.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can 100% guarantee that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If internet access is important to you, please have a backup plan. Smart TV is provided.
What about outdoors?
Cally Mill Farm has multiple alfresco areas where you can enjoy the tranquility of this property. There is a covered outdoor dining and lounge area accessed from the lounge room, an additional entertaining area at the back of the house, and an outdoor fireplace with lounge where guests can enjoy views to the escarpment.
Guests are welcome to explore the 50 acre property with stiles allowing access over some fences. There is a small cabana and picnic table located near one of the dams.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Cally Mill Farm has an open fireplace in the living room, as well as zoned ducted heating/cooling throughout. Ceiling fans are in every room.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

There is a parking for 4 vehicles on the driveway.

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
