Villa Nevia by Villas Guide

Villa Nevia is located in the village of Ladići in the interior of Istria, only 30 minutes drive from the west coast of Istria. If you want to spend your vacation in a modern and well-equipped villa surrounded by greenery, then this villa is the right choice for you. The villa is ideal for larger groups, as it has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests, who can enjoy this two-story villa and all it has to offer, including a spacious garden with a swimming pool overlooking the greenery, and basketball, volleyball, handball and tennis courts, which the villa shares with a neighboring villa.



On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large living room with enough space for your whole group with a TV and a fireplace. The living room has air conditioning and underfloor heating so you can set the perfect temperature no matter what time of year it is. And when you get hungry, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare any meal on vacation. The dining room has a table large enough for the whole group to enjoy meals together.



Villa Nevia has a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. All rooms have underfloor heating, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, while some rooms have access to a balcony. All bathrooms also have underfloor heating, a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer.



The garden of the villa is truly spacious, covering an area of 1,611 m². It is full of greenery and in the middle of it all you will find the 67 m² swimming pool. After a refreshing swim, you can relax or sunbathe on the loungers around the pool. There is also a covered patio, perfect for enjoying coffee or other drinks, as well as a wood burning barbecue. The villa also has a children's playground and PlayStation, and shares basketball, volleyball, handball and tennis courts with a neighboring villa if you want to keep active during your vacation.



If you want to explore Istria while staying at the villa, there are many interesting places nearby. For those who want to stay inland, the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad are located near the villa. A little further towards the coast is the Lim Channel, where you can take a walk or just enjoy the view, and if you want to spend a day by the sea, Rovinj and Vrsar are excellent choices.
