Situated in the desert landscape of Kanab Utah, under breathtaking red rock plateaus, this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath luxury townhome is just waiting for you! The modern design of this home blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.



Highlights include top of the line furnishings, high speed internet, spectacular views and starry skies, and a large garage! Upon entering this property you will find an open concept living space with large windows that allow the surrounding scenery to be viewed in all its glory. With plenty of seating for everyone, this room features a comfortable furniture, a large flat screen Smart TV, a dining area with a table that accommodates four plus seating at the counter for 3, and a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, dish-ware, pots and pans, cutlery, utensils and pantry!

For your convenience, there are two laundry rooms, one on the main level as well as one upstairs, and each feature full capacity machines.



Each of the 3 bedrooms features a plush top of the line mattress ensuring a restful nights sleep.

The primary suite is located on the main level and has a King sized bed and large sliding doors that lead you right out onto the back patio where you can relax while you enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the red hills light up under the rising sun, or relax in the evening as you view the magnificent sunsets and unobstructed starry skies of Kanab! This room also offers a large walk in closet for clothes storage. The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom features a walk in luxury shower with a built-in shower bench, and a double vanity.



Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms as well as an additional seating/gathering area.

The primary suite upstairs features a comfortable queen sized bed, large closet, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second guest bedroom boasts a comfortable queen sized bed, a dresser, a nice sized closet, and balcony access as well, and is located next to a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo with beautiful tile.

At the top of the stairs, and between the two bedrooms, you will find the gathering area. Enjoy a comfortable couch (sleeper sofa which provides another bed), additional chairs, and a flat screen Smart TV. A laundry room with full capacity machines is also located upstairs.



This home features a large garage so you will have plenty of room to park vehicles, toys, or trailers! Hiking trails are located in close proximity just behind the Catori Canyon community on BLM land. Guests will have access to all amenities including 2 swimming pools, pickle-ball courts, hot tub, and playground (pools open June--October)

Activities: Immerse yourself in world-class hiking, rock climbing, and canyoneering in the nearby national parks. Visit the local Jackson Flat Reservoir for fishing and kayak/paddleboard rentals. Hike the many local trails located right in Kanab or schedule an ATV tour to experience one of the many beautiful slot canyons. Guests will have full access to all of the amenities Catori Canyon has to offer. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival to use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Catori Canyon neighborhood is one of the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, and a playground (pools open June--October). There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider some of the local hikes. Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offer wonderful views.



Getting Around:

Catori Canyon is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its restaurants and shops. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



It's important to note that Catori Canyon has established CC&R's. This is a brand new subdivision, therefore there is construction going on around the entire area so please be aware.



There is NO parking on the street whatsoever. You are welcome to park your vehicles in the garage bay (room for 2 vehicles) and in the driveway in front of the garage.

This is a NO SHOES home. Shoes must be taken off upon entering. Please understand and respect our policy.



Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.

This townhouse is very luxurious and upscale. Superbly clean and comfortable. Beautiful, blissful and immaculate . My family absolutely felt fortunate to find this house on Vrbo, and it is so close to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. And frankly, this is the best vacation home we have ever stayed at, and we have been to many places from Wyoming to Florida. Book now! I’m serious! This townhome is like no other! I promise.
