This new home features three bedrooms, three baths, a dedicated workspace, and is pet friendly. Top it all off with an incredible rooftop deck boasting panoramic views for unforgettable stargazing. You'll also have access to the community amenities, including indoor & outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and more!



The Space:

Imagine a new, state-of-the-art luxury home with a spacious open floor plan, amazing rooftop deck, and even a dog wash, put that home in Kanab's premier neighborhood, and you've found Desert Willow! This thoughtfully designed home was tailor-made for vacationing families. Access to Toms Canyon hiking trail right out the front door as well as the back of the property is surrounded by BLM land so plenty of hiking everywhere!



Living Room - Spacious open floor plan, plenty of comfy seating, Smart TV, gas fireplace.



Kitchen - Fully stocked so you can easily prepare your favorite meals, seating for 3 at the kitchen island and six at the dining table.



Office - Workstation and a sofa that converts into a bed.



Master Bedroom - King bed, access to backyard/patio, ensuite bathroom.



Ensuite Bathroom - Double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet.

Our home is set up perfectly for your furry friends including a dog bath and a doggie door that leads right outside to the fenced in backyard! As noted, this property is a pet-friendly property and does require a $100 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.



Guest Access:

Keypad lock to open the door. We will send you a private lock code prior to your reservation.



Clubhouse and pool hours are 5AM to 11PM. The outdoor pool is closed for the winter from November 1st to the last week in May (all weather permitting)



The Neighborhood:

The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, gym & recreation room. BRAND NEW Amenity Park coming soon in Phase 3 of La Estancia that includes pickleball courts, horseshoes, playground equipment, electric chargers and more! (expected to be completed summer of 2024)



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting, Toms Canyon and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. Access to some of these trails is literally right outside your front door! As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is just a couple of miles away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

It's very important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule.



Rules for La Estancia Community:

- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.

Amazing home in an amazing setting!

Home is extremely well equipped with great attention to detail. Located in a very peaceful and beautiful canyon that defies words. The stars at night are breathtaking on the beautifully equipped open deck. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely Home Perfect Location

Beautiful home with everything you could need or want and more. So much to do in the area. There’s even hiking trails right outside the door. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the rooftop deck is a great spot to relax at night. The kitchen is fully stocked. We never ate out, we prepared every meal. We love to cook and the kitchen has everything we needed and a grill outside too. The bedrooms are nice and large our teenagers had plenty of room to spread out and hang around. With so many activities in the area no one was ever bored. We enjoyed it immensely!
