The Space:

While 100 and Wonderful Views feels just the right amount of secluded, you're still only a few minutes from town. Enjoy your southern Utah stay, and kick back and relax in this calm space.



We've prepared for you a quiet, cozy home in the beautiful southern Utah desert where you can sit back and unwind. Relax with family and friends in the spacious living room and enjoy a late-night movie on the TV.



Fix a meal in the large, fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with blender, toaster, crock pot, 3 small glass baking dishes, cookie sheets, pots, pans, roasting pan, griddle, tupperware, and veggie tray. Share your meals together around the dining table or take a seat at the large kitchen island. Enjoy an evening BBQ outside and relax on the side deck while taking in the impressive desert views. Lounge in the sun after your morning cup of coffee while you take in the peaceful surroundings.



Take your pick of 3 bedrooms:



The primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Take a refreshing shower or a warm bubble bath in the soaking tub. Keep your clothes organized and ready in the large walk-in closet.



Guest Bedroom 1 comes with a queen bed that has a mattress offering exceptional comfort. Get your last-minute work done at the handy workstation.



Guest Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. You'll awake refreshed and ready for a fun day of exploring.



Unwind after a productive day in the guest bathroom's tub. The bathroom comes fully stocked with bathroom essentials.



Don't go home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes, there's a washer & dryer for your use so you can return with crisp, clean clothes.

The Neighborhood:

100 and Wonderful Views is located in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood with beautiful red rock views right outside the door.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Clean and easy

This house was perfect for a family of four. It was clean, the check-in process was easy and the property manager was great. I would definitely rent it again. The location is perfect, slightly removed from town, yet a great jumping off point for so many outdoor activities.

Our family had a great stay in this house. Super close to Kanab but also to Zion, plus the Mansard trailhead is in the neighborhood with beautiful views from the top. We were very comfortable here and had great communication with the host. 10/10, would stay again.

New home outside Kanab

This new home is located conveniently on Rte 89 just east of Kanab, convenient to town and about 1 hr to Page, AZ. The layout of the home is very nice and open with a large eat in kitchen/living room and it was well stocked with necessities. There was traffic noise but the neighborhood is quiet and there was decent star gazing from the yard. Fantastic views from the house. There was a plumbing issue which the management responded to quickly. Communication was easy by text, email and/or phone. My only complaint is no dresser or shelves for clothing in the bedrooms so we had to live out of the suitcases.

Comfortable house, beautiful setting

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Great location just outside of Kanab. Stay in the country and go into town when it suits you! It was very clean and the VRBO company was very responsive. The layout was great with the master at one end of the house and the two other bedrooms at the other. Nice comfortable furniture. Great views out the living room windows. Kitchen was well stocked with tools & utensils. Linens were soft and clean. We sat outside in the evening in the Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the beautiful sunset! Note: This is located next to Highway 89, but we found the traffic noise not to be an issue.
