Island Haven: 1BR Suite at Kings’ Land Waikoloa

Escape to paradise in this one-bedroom suite (BR1) at Kings’ Land, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Waikoloa on Hawaii’s Big Island. Designed for up to four guests, this 600-square-foot suite offers a comfortable blend of modern convenience and island charm.

This contemporary one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, some with a garden or resort view, located on the first or second floor, is tastefully accented with Hawaiian inspired artwork and finishes and has an extended outdoor lanai with chaise lounge and dining table. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and bathroom with a large free-standing shower and vanity. A separate living space includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, dining area, HD flat screen TV featuring HGV's In-Room TV Experience that allows content streaming from your mobile devices, full kitchen (no oven; two burner stove) with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an in-room safe and washer/dryer.

At Kings’ Land you’ll find resort-style amenities you’ll love. Free self-parking, free WiFi, an outdoor pool, fitness center, an on-site restaurant, concierge service, and EV charging are all included. Guests also enjoy special perks like access to Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities and a shuttle there, cultural activities, fitness programs, and more.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. There’s a $250 credit card pre-authorization required at check-in for incidentals. The property is non-smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes), pets are not allowed (service animals welcome), and a lodging/tax fee will be applied by the State of Hawaii. Free self-parking is available; valet is not offered.

- For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle is available between the resort and Hilton Waikoloa Village from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
- Consider renting a car during your stay. Parking is complimentary at all Hilton Grand Vacations properties throughout Waikoloa.
- Should you need more time at the resort before your scheduled departure, you may reserve a hospitality suite for one-hour intervals on the last day of your stay.
- Most departing flights from Kailua Kona leave in the evening. We recommend booking an extra day’s stay at the resort to maximize your time on the Big Island.
