Let your guests relax in the downstairs room with Smart TV and 2 extra-long Twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request for a fee. Enjoy the natural light or shut the shades and soak up the central AC. There is also a full bathroom downstairs next to the guest bedroom. This home has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach, including a cooler, beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, and more.
