We want you to feel at home in our Kamas cabin. The extent of our interaction is up to you, but we and/or our housekeeper will be available as needed to field questions or help out. We`ll send you our house manual prior to your arrival so that you can get acquainted and know what to expect.

For your convenience, we have provided a video playlist that is jam-packed with information and tutorials that will be your go-to for all questions and how-tos around the house.

You can find this linked in the document we will send over to you prior to check-in.

Of course, if you need further assistance don`t hesitate to get in touch with us through the Airbnb app. We keep all communication on the app.

Kamas is a quiet town on the Wasatch Back - close to all kinds of outdoor adventure.

Farming community close to Salt Lake City; 50 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport; 25 minutes to Park City; local arts and culture; Petting zoo across the street; Oakley Rodeo (get tickets early); Kamas Pioneer day.

The area of the canyon that we are in rarely becomes warm enough to necessitate air conditioning. On hotter days, we recommend opening the windows in the evening and closing them in the morning while utilizing our ceiling fans for your ultimate comfort.

We ask that you please be respectful to our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 9 pm

This is a non-smoking residence - no smoking in the house, or anywhere on the property.

Absolutely no pets allowed.

This is a brand-new rental property. Some items may still need to be worked out and can only be identified by guests. Please be patient and help us make the experience better for the next guests.

Additional House Rule:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:

1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:
-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation.
-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.

2. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

4. Refundable Security Deposit
-We will pre-authorize a $500 security deposit on your card one day prior to your check-in. Please note, this is not a charge but a temporary hold. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of our house rules.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules. These guidelines are in place to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests.

We were a group of 14 and had a blast! Plenty of rooms and bunk beds. The teens/kids loved the large upstairs game room. There was plenty of seating at the kitchen table and the views were beautiful and peaceful. We would be happy to return.

Wonder Location!

We liked how updated things were- very spacious. Great amenities. Fantastic storage space. We had three families stay and had plenty of space in the pantry and table space. We loved the environment around the property. The host was incredible to work with. He listened to our concerns and went out of his way to help us. Truly a dream!

Fun family getaway place

The property is beautiful, and the area is peaceful and quiet. The cabin is spacious and fun, with the game room in the loft being a big hit. The lawn was big enough for us to enjoy playing football and other games outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. 😊

Great getaway!

The location was secluded and quiet & peaceful. The nearby Weber Canyon Rd has beautiful scenery and great for fall foliage pictures. The house was big and room. Plenty of space for hanging out and kids to run around. Overall it was a great experience.
