Icon Park is nestled in the southern end of Kamala, just an 8-minute walk (650 meters) from the soft sands of Kamala Beach. Within a short 5-10 minute walk, you’ll find Big C and Tops supermarkets, bakeries, massage shops, restaurants, and a lively local night market.
Our two-story duplex apartment provides a sense of enhanced space and comfort. Large windows maximize natural light and offer stunning tropical views. The living room includes a sofa bed where two guests can comfortably sleep. On the ground floor, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a seating area, and a single sofa bed (139 cm wide x 177 cm long) for an additional guest or a child. Each room has a smart TV and private high speed WiFi is available for both entertainment and work.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave-oven appliance, kettle, toaster, cutlery, coffee machine, and kitchenware. Step outside to the outdoor patio with furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the open tropical views.There is a washing machine in the unit, which is convenient for longer stays.
Electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kw used. To keep costs down, please close windows and doors when using the AC and turn off the AC and lights when leaving the apartment.
