Welcome to this charming cottage in Röra Grönvik on Tjörn, a true summer paradise just 250 meters from a natural beach, jetty and diving platform. The house is set on a large sunny plot with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or unwind in the glazed conservatory with views of the garden. The house accommodates up to six people and offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds and one with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and two living rooms with sofas, TV and fireplaces. The cozy kitchen stove and the two fireplaces create a warm atmosphere all year round. Downstairs you will find an additional living room and a laundry area. The spacious garden invites you to relax or play a game of kubb or badminton. In the evening, enjoy the beautiful sunset over Stigfjorden. The nearby natural beach is calm and mostly visited by locals, perfect for swimming or crab fishing.



Things to do in Röra and on Tjörn:

Explore Tjörn by bike. From the house, scenic bike paths lead all the way to Skärhamn and Stenungsund. Several beautiful beaches such as Röra Rump and Kungsviken are located nearby. For art lovers, a visit to the world renowned Sculpture in Pilane is a must. Also visit the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn and enjoy the local cafés and restaurants along the coast. For family excursions, Sundsby Säteri offers hiking trails, caves and a lovely café. Säby Kile Nature Reserve is another highlight with rich birdlife and beautiful scenery. On the neighbouring island of Orust you will find Tavlebords Honey Farm and the picturesque car free islands Gullholmen and Käringön, accessible by ferry from Tuvesvik.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. It will be released within one week after check out, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented for 190 SEK and 60 SEK per person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves, cleaning materials are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
