Continuing into the gourmet kitchen with rustic concrete countertops and high-end appliances, culinary connoisseurs will appreciate the wine cooler being near the stove for cooking. Perfect for socializing, the traditional dining table seats 6, while the gorgeous island seats 4 more. The living area lends itself to relaxation and entertainment with a large 65" TV and plush furniture. French doors lead out to a stunning wraparound deck with fresh mountain air and evergreen views.
The main-floor bedroom, with its queen bed and private bathroom, is perfect for guests who prefer not to use stairs. Ascend to the top-floor landing, where a quaint sitting area provides a restful place to read a good book. A luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed provides a spa-like tub in the private bathroom. While the guest bedroom on this floor serves as a designated workspace, it also has a 2-person sleeper sofa. On the ground level, guests will find an additional living area with plenty of comfortable seating, which can conveniently be converted into a sleeping area. Friends and family can sink into the private hot tub on the patio before retiring to the 2 remaining bedroomsâ1 guest bedroom with a comfy king bed and 1 bunk room thatâs great for kids with its twin-over-queen bunk and twin bed. Please note: This home has security cameras to monitor the exterior of the property for your safety. NO smoking, NO vaping, NO pets, and NO parties are permitted at this property. Guests are not allowed to have parties or events at the home which include but are not limited to, bachelor/bachelorette parties and weddings. Check-in on Christmas Day is not available.
