The Space:
This beautiful independent cozy loft, located on the top of a big residential building in the heart of the city. The highlight of the loft is the huge roof garden with a bamboo cover structure and a cozy set of outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset and skyline. The tasteful and modern design of the interior creates a fresh and enjoyable space, perfect for relaxation and summer vacations.

The loft is an open space divided into three sections: the living room, bed, and kitchen and dining bar space. The decoration and all details have been carefully selected to create a chic and modern style with a soft touch. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, the possibility of bike or car rentals, and the whole city center at their fingertips. The beach is also conveniently located less than 2 km away.
A playpen and a high chair for babies are also available upon request.

Please note that the elevator goes up to floor 3, and you will need to take a few stairs to reach the loft. Once you are in the elevator, press "3," and you will find the staircase immediately upon exiting. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will have access to all common areas of the building, in addition to the house itself, including the beautiful rooftop garden that surrounds the house, which is exclusively reserved for your private use during your stay. The property is fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can rest assured that you will have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The Neighborhood:
Our loft is located in a wonderful and quiet residential neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from the historical city & the city center, the Venetian castle, and the Dance Center. You can also easily explore the local flea market, which is just a short walk away.

Twice a week, just 2 minutes from the house, you’ll find a vibrant and well-known farmer’s market. Stroll through colorful stalls filled with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, local delicacies, and handmade goods. It’s the perfect place to taste authentic flavors, meet friendly locals, and soak up the lively atmosphere. Don’t miss the chance to bring back some fresh ingredients or unique souvenirs from your stay.

For those who want to explore the surrounding areas, the inter-urban and urban bus station is conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to Athens and other nearby destinations. And if you're looking to enjoy some fun in the sun, the beach is just under 2km away, making it a perfect location for a refreshing swim or a relaxing stroll.

All in all, our loft offers the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience, providing easy access to all that the city has to offer while also offering a comfortable and peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Getting Around:
Our loft is located within walking distance of all parts of the city, but for those who prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop right next to the house, as well as a nearby central bus station for longer trips. Additionally, the local taxi stop is just 200m away from our location, making it easy to get around the city for only around 3.5 euros per trip.
The distance from the airport is 10 km (approximately a 10-minute drive)

No matter how you choose to explore the city, our loft's central location makes it the perfect starting point for any adventure. And when you're ready to relax and unwind, our comfortable and stylish loft offers the perfect retreat, complete with a beautiful rooftop garden and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the loft is located on the top floor of the building, accessible via stairs after taking the elevator to the 3rd floor.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards to ensure a peaceful stay forward.

Also, as the loft is situated on the rooftop, we kindly request that guests take care when using the outdoor furniture and be mindful of noise levels in consideration of our neighbors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the loft, but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the rooftop garden.
