Unfortunately the cute chickens had left a deposit which was cleaned up just before we arrived. The hosts could explain a bit better about where the guests can walk, as they have a magnificent garden
Great little place, good location within easy reach of everything.
Only downside would be the fact the bed squeeks every time you move
Listing says there is a washer and dryer but there is not though this is apparently not theough lack of them trying to stop it from being on the list
Lovely quiet out of the way country cottage but close enough to New Plymouth for all the attractions. It was a well provided studio cottage for staying, even with no TV in it the stay was nice and relaxed and there was a lovely big gardens to walk around and small bush track. It does get hot with closed windows and watch out for a large amounts of moths wanting to get in at night, apart from these minor issues it is well worth the stay.
Amazing stay on a farm property, and accommodating of us despite a last minute booking.
Make sure to verbally confirm check our times, as ours was incorrect and we were awoken with a rude confrontation about it.
Otherwise, a lovely stay
Nice quiet place in the country is exactly what we needed after an all day heavy metal gig in town. A great place to stay if you enjoy reading in the sunshine, tho I wasnât around long enough to enjoy that aspect.
Beautiful cottage with atmosphere to die for. Amazing location..charming gardens, homely and a great spot. We will be back again in the summer for another view of the lady mountain
Thank you
It has been a rainy wintery week but it's been a lovely centre point for our trip away. The gardens are so pretty and we look forward to coming back â€ïž
Lovely country setting, not to far from town.Nice &peacefull with a lovely garden to enjoy.plenty of room to spread out.Big size bathroom&a kitchenbeith everything you need đ
I have been in farming all my life.
this property is completely misrepresented in your advertisements you state "with farm outlook" there is actually a view of the farmers garden if that counts.
upon arrival, being half way through my holiday I contemplated putting on a load of washing, I therefore asked where i could find the washing machine? and was told in no uncertain terms "go and use a laundrette'.
I then thought ok ill watch some TV. but oh no they don't have one of those either. So all the pleasures of home NOT.
It really gave the impression of staying in a shed.
as New Zealand is one of my favourite places, this was so disappointing.
