Ce complexe au bord de l’ocĂ©an est une merveilleuse alternative aux complexes chĂšres au rythme rapide. Si vous restez ici, nous savons que vous conviendrez que c'est le meilleur endroit, le meilleur emplacement et le meilleur rapport qualitĂ©-prix! Il y a deux piscines, une eau salĂ©e et une eau douce. Il y a une plage artificielle pour se dĂ©tendre et un barbecue commun, un coin repas. C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour regarder les couchers de soleil et discuter de l'histoire avec les autres clients.

Ce condo d'une chambre à coucher, une salle de bain a une nouvelle tuile partout. Grande base de la maison avec un AC et une vue sur le jardin. La chambre a un lit king size et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Casa De Emdeko 121 est maintenant sous un nouveau propriétaire et les nouveaux propriétaires viennent de le mettre à jour avec de nouveaux carreaux et une grande douche dans la salle de bain.

Kona propose d'innombrables activitĂ©s amusantes toute l'annĂ©e. Il n'y a tout simplement pas de pĂ©riode de l'annĂ©e qui ne soit pas parfaite pour ĂȘtre sur la grande Ăźle d'HawaĂŻ!

Great place

We had a wonderful time at casa de Emdeko. The place is so peaceful with 2 pools and direct sea views. Very quiet with respectful people. Easy parking easy arrival procedures. Only thing is soundproofing from people walking upstairs. Would definitively come back.

Gorgeous Property

The property is gorgeous and the condo is perfect if you want a simple place to lay your head down at night. Close drive to pretty much everything you could want or need. The pools and beach on property are a nice convenience if the waters are rough. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio while reading or just watching the birds and lizards. It was really convenient being able to walk out the backdoor straight to the pools and/or beach. Having a door code rather than keeping track of a room key was a huge positive. Parking is not guaranteed right outside your room and you could have to park outside the gate if the lot is full. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed to make small meals. There were beach chairs and other small beach items in the hall closet we used when we went to Magic Sands. The condo was clean and updated.

Great Complex, unit needs updating

Bottom line: I would use Kona Vacations again. I would definitely stay in the complex again. I would want a better maintained & furnished unit. Great: overall complex, property manager Kelli, comfortable bed, lower level location, concierge David is excellent, laundry room is steps away. Owners & renters blend well- lots of friendly people. Grills are top notch. Parking is adequate. Not so great: unit is tired & needs repairs/updating. Several nicks in tile floor. Cupboard doors hang crooked, only 2 of 4 chairs on lanai have cushions. Towels are old, raggedy, scratchy& chemical smell. Beach towels are tiny dollar store type. Poorly furnished in the kitchen. Mismatched garage sale type stuff.

We killed cockroaches every day of our stay. We finally left a day early as we killed 7 in our bathroom and bedroom. Properly management didn’t seem too concerned. “We are in the tropics”..Very disappointed. We’ve seen roaches before in the tropics, but never this many is a rented condo. Crawling on the bathroom counter, floor and bedroom area.

This is a well used but slightly unloved unit that needs some TLC. Bed is comfortable, good WiFi and tv, hot water takes a while but shower is ok. This unit should probably have someone come in and reevaluate the utensils, a real mish mash, I counted 24 kitchen knives, a very mixed inventory of mismatched silverware, glasses and mugs. No corkscrew, cereal bowls etc. Microwave needs attention and there are a lot of old broken appliances in the cupboards. The things that work for this unit, it’s in a well managed quiet resort. Has two lovely pools and a sandy beach. WiFi and tv options were great. The management company who oversee the unit were attentive and dealt with the three issues we had competently and quickly, very appreciated.

Perect rental for our family

We were delighted with our stay at this rental. Location was prime. The size of the condo was exactly what we needed. Having both a chlorine pool and a salt water pool right on the ocean was epic. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Too expensive for what it is offering

The appartment is located a bit south of the city center of Kona so that you will need your car for getting to the bars and restaurants of the area. It is embedded in a beautiful condo that comes with two pools, one fresh water and one sea water pool. They have even created a small, artificial beach where you can rest, however the appartment doesnÂŽt have direct access to the sea. For me the whole garden and beach area was the highlight of this property. The appartment is located at the ground floor, is a bit dark and mouldy. It is also a bit worn out, the kitchen floor has a couple of holes in it. The kitchen is really big and well equipped. The whole booking procedure is rather complicated, as you will get lots of documents from the actual property owner Kona Coast vacations. They are very strict on the house rules, you canÂŽt leave anything (not even towels or shoes) outside on the terrace and they will threaten you with a high penalty in case you should damage anything. Although the appartment wasnÂŽt bad, I think that the price is too high for what it offers.

Wir haben im Casa de Emdeko sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Die Fereinwohnung hat alles was man braucht und die Casa ist sehr schön am Meer gelegen, ist sehr gepflegt und hat 2 schöne Pools. Einziges Manko: Über die HĂ€lfte unseres Aufenthaltes stand kein warmes Wasser zur VerfĂŒgung. Der Mangel ist zwischenzeitlich behoben.

Great property with beautiful pools

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back! It was easy to find & we appreciated that the property was gated & that the door had a key pad! No keys to worry about losing and easy entry into the pools! The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Beach towels, umbrella, sand toys provided. Cable TV & other streaming services provided. Great location minutes outside of downtown Kona! We loved being ground floor & able to walk around on a whim. Sunsets are GORGEOUS out on the sandy overlook! Outside the patio there is a waterfall and it creates a great ambiance when sitting on the comfy patio set. Enjoyed the community library! The grounds are well kept and beautiful! The 2 pools are fabulous but the one next to the ocean is enough reason to stay here! Small things that could be improved: -Cleaning. Floors were a bit dirty upon arrival. Toilet paper roll had been wet at some point but still installed on the roller which just gave us a yucky first impression. -Maintenance. Many things are worn & we absolutely wouldn't expect perfection in a high volume rental but one days work with some paint, scrubbing, and minor handy work could do wonders. -Sharp knives. -Cooking essentials get stripped after each guest. Meaning there is absolutely no salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc (but they warn you ahead about this). In our 3+ weeks, we grew to love it here. It ended up perfect for our stay & our first choice when returning! Very charming!

This is the second time we've stayed in this facility (different condos). The lanais are excellent and relaxing. The ocean is just a short walk down a path as are fresh and ocean pools for swimming. The condos are specious and functional.
