Cette belle maison de ville dispose de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complÚtes, situées dans le complexe bien conçu et trÚs populaire Na Hale O 'Keauhou. L'unité C1 offre une vie tropicale de style complexe à son meilleur, parfaitement situé et situé pour profiter de la vue sur l'océan et de superbes couchers de soleil depuis la véranda couverte au rez-de-chaussée ou depuis la grande véranda de la chambre principale.

Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied du parc de la plage de Kahalu'u, à pied du centre commercial de Keauhou pour un film, un restaurant ou des boutiques, Keauhou possÚde un parcours de golf et d'autres activités de sports océaniques sont à une courte distance en voiture. Le condo dispose de la climatisation centrale, du WIFI gratuit et comme pour toute location de KCV, des services de conciergerie gratuits!

La cuisine est spacieuse avec des plafonds voûtés et s'ouvre sur une salle à manger bien éclairée et une grande piÚce. Il est entiÚrement équipé pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson et comprend des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires à fermeture douce et des comptoirs en granit.

Beautiful property with everything you would need

This property is spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and all utensils and appliances. The garage had so many goodies for the beach. Enough beach chairs for 6 plus camping chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sunscreen and aloe vera. The laneai is so wonderful in the mornings to drink coffee and in the evenings to grill and have a nice drink. There was a chicken and mongoose who stopped by every day to say hi. Beds and pillows were awesome. Master bath has a beautiful soaking tub which was great after a long day at the beach. Great snorkeling 12 min walk or 3 min drive. We hit up Magic sands beach almost every day which was a 15 min drive. Highly recommend this place.

We loved the home. The only downside is the AC didn’t work as expected and the upstairs stayed about 82 degrees even though the thermostat was set at 76. A little warmer than we prefer for sleeping.

Perfectly appointed 3br/3ba unit. This place has everything you need but had to leave at home: coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella. Great location with excellent parking and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend and I will be back for a longer stay.

There were five people in our family that stayed here. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed from cooking to beach chairs. Extremely clean and organized. Very roomy and beautiful view. Perfect location in Kona. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful property

We loved our stay. The property was spacious and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra pillows (although I did have to request extra pillow cases, which they did promptly deliver upon request). This unit has everything you could need. We enjoyed sitting outside and being able to see the ocean. I would say the beach is not walkable unless you are very active and would enjoy a pretty decent walk up hill back but we drove to the wonderful snorkeling down the road most mornings. The pool was great and was never busy when we were there. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ten day family vacation

This place was great for our family of four and set of grandparents. Best stocked condo I have ever stayed at. The condo had dishes, spices, Tupperware, ziplocks, laundry soap, dish soap which really helped us settle in quickly. They also have boogies boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool toys in the garage which we used multiple times throughout our stay. The condo is large, spacious and clean. We were very happy with the condo and would re-book if we came back to the Big Island.

Perfect Family Christmas

We stayed in the house 10 days with 6 people. It worked perfectly for us. The location was beautiful and quiet. The kids loved the pool. It was clean and decorated in a warm, Hawaiian style. The house was equipped with a good supply of beach gear, which was a welcome surprise. It also had a wide assortment of amenities like placemats and cloth napkins, small kitchen appliances, zip lock bags, coolers....every time we thought we needed some little thing, we looked around, and sure enough, it was tucked in some drawer or cupboard. We had a small issue with the screen door to the outside being off it's track and unable to be closed. We called the manager and it was fixed within a few hours. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!

Everything you could ask for!

Beautiful view and spacious rooms! We’re a family of five and had more than enough room to spare. The concierge service was extremely helpful and gave us so many activities to choose from. Inside the garage, there were plenty of beach supplies and the kitchen was stocked with everything but fun. There was also a great community pool to relax in a watch the sunset. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back again.

The property was beautiful - well taken care of! The condo was beautifully decorated and the owners really took a lot of effort to make sure they had the kitchen well equipped and lots of extras thrown in(beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc.) Very nice -would definitely rent again if we ever come back! Excellent Property

We have been to the islands many times and always stay in nice places. This time everyone commented that this place was the nicest. Absolutely spotless, not one bug, and all the extra touches were really appreciated. From beach chairs, to coolers and umbrellas, everything needed for a great family vacation is on site. The property itself is perfectly maintained and we used the gym several days
not a lot of equipment but enough to offset some extra desserts and shaved ice. We would absolutely stay there again.

We really enjoyed out stay at this condo. The AC worked wonderfully and every room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything looked and felt new. Amenities were great as well- everything from beach chairs, toys for kids and coolers. The location was good for manta ray snorkel, boat tour to Captain Cook, and walking distance to KTA market.

Loved it

We had a great time and can't wait to come back. Great rental unit. Good design on the layout, plenty of room for 5 of us. Pool is less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. Great ocean view from the lanai and really nice landscaping throughout the whole complex. We are especially appreciative of the extras in the garage, very thoughtful. One of my kids had an issue with his snorkel gear that we brought, but we were able to borrow from the beach gear. Very thoughtful!

We had a lovely time at the condo! The location was terrific, and the living space was perfect for our family, especially having a bathroom with each bedroom. In my 15 years of staying at vacation rentals, this one was the best stocked: it had everything we could possibly need, from cooking to having fun. I’m so glad we chose to stay there!

Wonderful and clean

The condo was well appointed and very clean. The location was great and convenient to so many things. Last but not least, the view of the sunsets were unbeatable, so beautiful! They had all the beach things you need - towels, chairs, bamboo mats, and more. They even had reusable grocery bags! I am already looking forward to my next stay here :)

Amazing location and great views

This property was wonderful. It was well appointed with all the necessities to be comfortable and feel just like if we were home. There is plenty of room for a family to spread out , while still giving people space. The pool was just right and the water temperature is comfortable. Love the location, close to all the restaurants and shops in Kona. And finally service from the management company was excellent!!! If you are looking for a place to stay, this is your place!!!!
