Profitez de chaque instant de votre escapade au paradis dans ce magnifique condo directement rénové Ocean View 1 BR / 1 BA (plus Queen Sleeper Sofa) situé dans le complexe souhaitable de Kona Reef; une trÚs courte promenade juste au sud de Kailua Kona.

Ce condo est situé sur le cÎté océan de Alii Dr. et a une vue directe sur l'océan dégagée de l'intérieur de la cuisine / salon et véranda, et dispose de tant de commodités merveilleuses pour vous aider à profiter de vos vacances! Le lit king-size est un numéro de sommeil, vous pouvez donc définir votre propre niveau de confort pour la fermeté du lit, le canapé-lit Queen Sleeper est équipé d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme.

L'unité a été rénovée et a été achevée le 2 janvier 2020!

Absolute Perfection!

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Lori is a friendly and communicative property owner, her pride in ownership is reflected in every aspect of this condo. The. Condo is in a lovely area which is walkable to the main drag, it has a beautiful ocean view and it is absolutely spotless. We loved the pool area. We ran into a problem with our Hilo rental and Lori was wonderful in helping us with an early check in. Totally recommend this beautiful slice of paradise, w will definitely return since we visit Hawaii every year. Mahalo!

Paradise with a view

Everything was wonderful. Lori and Jay are excellent hosts. Their unit was clean and comfortable and they supplied everything you would need for a wonderful and relaxed vacation. It was located for an easy walk to town for shopping, eating and drinking. Parking included, we rented a car and went sight seeing and the unit felt like home after a long day of adventures. The bed was luxurious and we had no trouble adjusting to the time change. Thanks again for making our 30th anniversary a dream come true. Aloha

Lovely Unit

Lori and Jay’s lovely unit is one of the best short term rentals we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely anything you could need or want! Large spacious lanai with a gorgeous view. Split AC keeps both the bedroom and living room cool. Close walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Very responsive hosts. We loved the Big Island and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Place in Paradise

The location was perfect. It’s a short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Loved the view from the lanai and the sunsets. The condo felt just like home. Beautiful stay at a quiet resort property.

We had a lovely stay at the Kona Reef. The condo’s washer and dryer (and included soap) were helpful in keeping our suits and towels from getting musty. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning and loved watching the surfers and boogie borders. The location was perfect - far enough away to be quiet, close enough to Kona for easy access to restaurants and shopping. My only comment is that the paperwork you receive is pretty adamant about not getting sand in the condo. As a big beach goer, that part left me a little nervous. Sand in female swimsuits is an inevitability when you’re body surfing. There is a hose and shower at the pool to get visible sand, but there was this added layer of stress to get as much sand off as me as possible. In the end, I think we did okay, but it might be a hard thing to do with a child.

Love the Sound

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef. The unit had a great view right on the water. Liked sitting out on the Lanai and listening to the sound of the ocean. Unit was fully equipped with anything you could need. Lori was a gracious host and kept us advised of maintenance/management folks who might drop by. Location is very convenient to several good bars/restaurants. highly recommended. .

You will be blown away

This is my second time here and now a permanent place to stay when I come to the big island. Gracious hosts and they place is absolutely perfect. The owners care about their place and keep it well maintained. The location and view are exceptional. You will be very happy here.

Fantastic unit, Fantastic location

The unit was beautifully and comfortable furnished and had everything we needed and then some. The views from the balcony were amazing with whale sightings almost every day. The location was great. Just a few blocks from too many bars and restaurants to count. The beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards were perfect. The owners were great to deal with and we highly recommend this property!
