Kona Reef A-24 - True Oceanfront Condo

Kona Reef has commenced a spalling project that will affect the entire complex in 2026. The project will be completed in sections. Spalling work is noisy and messy. Scaffolding will be put into place. Lanais will be inaccessible during repair work. Lanai furniture will be relocated to the living room while the spalling work is completed on each lanai.

Kona Reef Unit A24 is a beautifully appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom oceanfront condo nestled in the heart of Historic Kailua Village. Step into the unit and let the soothing sound of the ocean wash away all your worries and the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Features a split AC system, ensuring a comfortable living and sleeping experience in both the living area and bedroom. Sliding glass door is coated with a UV film to shield against the afternoon sun's heat. Living room has a new sleeper sofa, providing extra comfort for guests.

Unit A24 also comes complete with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for our guests' convenience. While some snorkel gear may be left behind by previous guests, please note that we do not provide snorkel equipment. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun of snorkeling, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.
Kona Reef Resort is an oceanfront condominium complex located next to the beautiful sandy beach and a popular surf spot called Honl's. However, during the winter months in Hawaii, we encounter significant swells and strong winds from the water. Consequently, your view may be obstructed by saltwater that dries onto the glass. Additionally, during high swells, strong winds, or rain, sitting on the lanai may become uncomfortable. Please carefully consider these factors when making your booking. If you believe these issues may significantly impact your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may have other properties that are not as close to the water, which could better cater to your specific needs.
