Enjoy close access to delicious seafood restaurants, including the popular Da Poke, located on-site. Spend your evenings relaxing in the living area furnished with a couch and matching armchair that pulls out into a twin sleeper. Watch your favorite shows on the 32-inch flatscreen TV with cable. Large windows allow for lots of natural light and lovely palm tree views. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy intimate home-cooked dinners at the two-person dining table. This studio has one comfy queen size bed that sleeps two. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. Then soak up the sun on Kona’s beautiful white sand or ride the waves on your surfboard. The popular and picturesque Magic Sands Beach is also just a two-minute drive. Take a break from the beach and cruise the 4-minute drive to the historic Hulihee Palace. Explore the many rooms of the Hawaiian monarchy as well as numerous Victorian artifacts. For a day trip, drive the 45 miles to Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park. Learn about rich Hawaiian traditions at Mokupapapa Discovery Center. Drive eight minutes to Historic Kailua Village. The heart of the Kona coast, this lively seaside town, boasts shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Unit was lovely ; kitchen well appointed & adequately fitted out. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the pool area & proximity to ocean Alii Drive is extremely noisy Difficulty finding building 3 for us & 6 for our friends. Signage is not lit at night & is recessed from street. Individual unit #s are not adequately marked from parking lot. either. At another time, the Night site manager did not answer his phone for couple who had locked themselves out of condo above us. Then, They used our phone to call Vacasa ‘S 1 800 line who were able to provide entrance code .

Not bad

There are some housekeeping issues that were discussed via text and they were very concerned and resposive. The property is in a great location and the amenities of the resort are wonderful. The store next door is handy for quick items. The kitchen has pretty much everything a person needs to cook most anything. I personally thin they could toss out the murphy bed and get a decent real bed, but thats my opinion. Vacassa is a good company to work with and i would have no problems doing so again. Thanks, Brian

A great location, right across from beach access. Close to snorkeling and beaches as well as restaurants, etc in town. Great kitchen and bath, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great and was exactly like the pictures. But have a lot of bugs in it and traps (at least they try to do something). The condo is not with the main building, so you have to walk and cross the street to go in the pool or do laundry. Room is smaller than the other side too. The price is a bit much for what you got and what you can have the other side. But still a nice place.

Just ok

The place is not bad for two people for a short trip and location is decent. Parking was a little confusing at first and the light switches are confusing also. The ceiling fan/main light doesn’t work. There were some cleaning issues: The tub had specks of dirt in it and ants, The bathroom counter/sink also had several ants. Notified Vacasa but since it was after hours they just said that someone would have to get back with me and when I asked when they said just sometime the next day. We wanted to shower that night so we just washed out the tub ourselves. The next morning we noticed the plates were also a little dirty we cleaned them before using, not sure if the rags were stained but they looked dirty. I messaged Vacasa again the next morning and said to not worry about sending someone to clean because we already did it ourselves but let them know about all the other issues I noticed but nothing else was ever said about the ants and the only response I got was sorry for the inconvenience.

I really liked the location of the property. Really close to the main area of Kailua without being right in all the busyness of Kailua. Property was well stocked with kitchen stuff and even some things for the beach like chairs and cooler.

Good Studio

I really only slept in this place and didn't do too much else. The internet worked decently well and other than a bed that's all that really mattered. Also having the cooler and beach chairs was very clutch but maybe the owner should add a beach towel or two.

Nice apartment at a great location

We had a great time overall! There were just few things that did not meet our expectations. When we arrived the garbage in the bin was not emptied so when we opened it to throw out trash the smell was disgusting! The screen on the shower window was very dirty and the coffee maker provided was broken. Other than that, everything was well prepared, the check in and out was super easy with the door code and all instructions were very clear and informative ,so we had a great time!

Esthetics of Place Nice Except....

Very nice esthetics of the unit. However, there is no designated parking which is quite frustrating for such a small parking lot. At one point in time when we arrived back to the unit, all of the stalls were taken and there was no place to park our rental. We contacted Turn Key only to find no help from them so we had to take matters into our own hands and park across the street. Also, they provided pans in their kitchen but their pans were filthy with burnt food residue still stuck to the bottom of all frying pans of which took us hours to scrub off before being able to use them...they should really invest in non-stick pans as they are easier to clean. It was also disappointing to not have a pot to cook rice in. We were able to locate the rice cooker but the pot that goes inside it was missing. ALL RENTALS IN HAWAII SHOULD HAVE RICE COOKERS ready and available for use. There were also a ton of little ants crawling all over the kitchen counters so we couldn’t leave anything on the counters. Also, they need thicker blankets. The blankets provided in the closet weren’t warm enough. They also need to buy several power strips so that guests will have a place to charge their electronics. I had to unplug things just to charge my phone and Apple Watch. And my sister also had 2 additional phones to charge but there weren’t enough outlets to accommodate. I got scoldings for unplugging the tablet the unit came with as the batteries were dying on the tablet, in got an email from Turn Key asking me to plug it back in. If they had enough outlets in the first place, it wouldn’t have been an issue. We were there for 3 nights and ran out of toilet paper on our last night stay and they didn’t have extra toilet paper to use so we had to use the paper towel. Last but not least, they had a lovely Keurig Machine but no K-cups to brew coffee with?? It would’ve been nice but it was kind of a teaser. Other than that, it was decent enough to get a good nights rest. The bed was comfortable and the Air Con was an absolute plus. TV has Netflix to sign in, WIFI available for only 4 devices 😐
