This place was great! Location was just up from the main area and close to shops. It was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 full bathrooms, living area, dining table and balcony. The bedroom upstairs was great as it had a large area for getting ready including a vanity and mirror which was separate from the bathroom. Perfect for my daughter and I! It had the main amenities you would need and more including spices! Was super easy to access as the instructions provided were great. Any questions we had were answered right away. If you are a family of 4 or even a bit larger, this place is perfect. We went north to beaches, south to Captain Cook and even across the island to the volcano. Very central and easy to get to all the main amenities on the island.

The location was perfect. Central to everything and a short walk from Ali'i Drive, the main oceanfront road with lots of shops and restaurants. The accommodations were cute, clean, and comfortable. It was lovely to eat breakfast out on the balcony with a view of the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and even had quite a few spices available. We also really appreciated the beach equipment and made good use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. We had a wonderful stay here and would come back again!

Wonderful Stay in Kona

We had a great stay at his unit. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we need for food preparation. The air conditioning worked great and needed to turn up to reasonable temperature to not get too cold so it cycled off much of the time. The top floor is nice as the unit has a loft bedroom and the outdoor terrace gives a wonderful view of the ocean.

Great Location

Great location, adorable clean condo. The loft bedroom was hard to cool down. While the air unit worked great at night, the afternoons or early evening getting ready was really hot. The bathroom never cooled down either and was always warm.

Convenient location, charming property

This cute unit was very well stocked, and property management checked in with us promptly. We had plenty of space and found what we needed in the kitchen. The only downside was that it is on the third floor, and as the listing notes, there is no elevator. We did not have a car, so had to walk up a longish hill to the building from the main street and then climb lots of steps with our bikes, gear, and suitcases - so be prepared for some exercise! But we enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Adequate for price point!

Overall this was a good place. It is located between the old Kona down the hill and newer development up the hill. It’s an older building but well kept. The host had the unit well supplied with a few extra items eg spices, hand soap at each sink, etc. We appreciated that! With this unit you can see the ocean and faintly hear the Luau. We arrived at 1:00 am and it would have been nice if the units were numbered on the outside of the building and the outside light left on for us. This complex is occupied by tourists and locals. We did have a couple of nights listening to a couple arguing but as soon as someone yelled out for them to settle down, they did. We usually kept windows open and fans on to cool the unit which worked well for the most part. If you have the air on in the bedroom and the door open it kept the lower level cooler overnight.

Beautiful little

Beautiful little condo well set up for guests. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Soft towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, even a cooler. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Felt quiet and peaceful in a complex. We struggled to find the actual place at first - building 4, middle stack, top floor - the number is behind the screen door.

Turn key...just bring your clothes and some groceries and your set!

This was our first time renting a condo anywhere. We usually stay in resorts or hotels so we really didn't know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised. This condo was fully stocked with all basic necessities other than food and clothing. There were coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. Plenty of towels, sheets, extra pillows, toilet paper, paper towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would gladly return on a future trip.
