Nice simple condo right on the oceanfront. The sound of the waves are much better than the road noise from Ali’i Drive if you can choose. Great communication from the host. Easy walk to town. Would stay again!

Convenient location

Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops. Also walking to small sandy beach right next door. Great balcony to watch surfers, boats, sunset, eating and lounging. We also enjoyed trying out the snorkel gear provided!

Great location on the beach and walkable to Kailua Town

Great stay at the property! Everything was as expected per the listing. I wasn't sure how walkable it would be to restaurants/shops, but it was very easy - less than 1/2 mile walk. Traffic and parking in town are a bit of a hassle, so we appreciated being able to walk there. I was a bit surprised by the additional insurance fee they charged upon booking, as I have not encountered that with other property managers. And the contract we had to sign was ridiculously long! I felt we were treated with the expectation that we would ruin their property with all the rules and signatures required in the contract. That said, we had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodation.

We had a great 5 day stay at this condo. The location of the property was walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. We also snuck in a couple of 4 mile runs. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. Worked a couple of hours from the Lani and then called it a day. Staying in the unit helped us envision a future on the island. Unit was clean, well stocked, and a great location. Within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Great space for a couple..glad we did not invite a kid or two!

PERFECT Place to Relax

We wanted to do a mix of nature/outdoor stuff and relaxing reading a book/playing a video game, and this place was in the perfect location. Close enough to town to walk anywhere/eat anywhere. Far enough away that you're not hearing the bars from your own balcony. Super private balcony that is RIGHT on the ocean for the perfect white noise. I also dried a lot of my laundry out there and nothing was blown at all. We took advantage of the stocked water sports cupboard and the blender! We love having a place to cook and everything was easy to use and worked very well.

This was a return stay at a lovely property. Our primary goal in booking a condo is ocean access and this property has a wonderful beach within walking distance. Second goal is a condo that is clean and comfortable. This condo is spotless! Incredible view, very quiet, easy parking, easy walk to town. And we VERY MUCH appreciated the beach chairs! Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Can’t trust them

I love it when you book something through Monday, but they only except the booking until Sunday and then don’t tell you. And then they’re so lovely that they kick you out on the day before your flight. And it’s so much fun having no place to stay for one night. And then when you call and contact them, nobody calls you back or tells you when they do give you a short text to find a hotel. So I don’t know if it’s the property manager that accepted it only for their dates and not telling us that they were a day short. Or if it was VBRO. But one of them made a boo-boo and didn’t tell us and it was not a fun experience . The worst part is the property manager made no attempt to make it right they just kick us out kind of rude actually so thanks for that. when I did find out, I had a place at a hotel. The hotel manager did tell me that that’s a very common thing with the property managers in Hawaii where at least in Kona. so if you’re in Kona, you better stick with a hotel they can at least be trusted.

Beautiful view, great location.

Condo was perfect for 2 people. It was stocked with everything we needed. Didn't do any cooking but did enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on lanai. Good location - very walkable to all shops and restaurants. Property management accessible for the one issue we had. Would definitely rent that unit again.

Great condo awesome location

The location of this condo is great! We could easily walk to town and several restaurants. The lanai was perfect with amazing views. The only issue we had was the toaster-it wouldn’t engage down. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend this condo for a quiet relaxing vacation!

Great location and view

Nice unit. Clean except some ants around sink. Manager responded promptly and advised spray and traps located under sink which I could use. Also I arrived after dark and security lighting not working outside entrance so couldn’t see keypad buttons to enter until I retrieved flashlight. Being on vacation I’m not use to having to follow checkout instructions that lessen the housekeeper’s duties. I’m a neat person but and travel a lot but seemed more than average for the price. Otherwise quite comfortable with walking distance < 1 mile to shops and Restaurants. Lots of beach gear available to use along with a lending library. Probably would look toward other options if I was to return as price comparable to some hotels.

Whale of a time

The little condo is ocean front, and we saw whales jumping everythime we enjoyed the lanai. Even though we had a car, we were able to walk to Kailua Kona for dinner every night in about 12 minutes. I recommend.
