The unit is centrally located in Kona, close to anything and everything you mite need. Also within driving distance of so many beaches and cool locations. Management was extremely easy to deal with throughout the entire process, and very welcoming i cant say enough good things are stay was flawless, and our "Home base" was a big part of that. As far as the unit itself it had all the goodies you may need from sun block to an extra beach towel(s) and even some nice lounge chairs for the beach. Kitchen and baths where well stocked for our entire stay. Our family made some great memories here! Mahalo

The cooking items need updating, the AC did not work in the afternoon. The tub would not drain. Maybe should put a louver on the upper window to help with the afternoon heat. There should have a second towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also killed two cockroaches

Very easy check in. Lovely people in the complex. Nice apartment with nicely stocked kitchen. They even had a rice cooker!The only downside was it was too warm upstairs for my daughter to sleep. She ended up on the sofa for the duration. Also, please include more toilet paper!

Walkable location but noisy

We had difficulty sleeping in the unit due to the street noise. Sirens and loud, racing cars and motorbikes were very loud in the unit at night when we tried to sleep. The unit was also difficult to cool. Located in a very walkable location however we did not feel safe walking after dark due to a large number of street people doing drugs and asking for money in the area. The unit was well outfitted with beach gear and we appreciated the amenities of the unit. The unit appears quite dated and had stains on the carpeting and a broken closet door leaning against the main hall closet. The management company was excellent and responded quickly to all queries.

Lovely stay in Kona!

Overall we had a nice stay in Kona. The property had a few helpful extras such as snorkels and flippers and beach towels and chairs to use. The kitchen was adequately equipped too. Our teens opted to have one sleep on the couch with the other in the double bed upstairs. Short walk to the beach & shops. Lovely coffee shop just up the hill before the highway. Thanks for having us!

Excellent condo!

Beautiful stay. The condo was a great size and roomy. Cabinets in the kitchen are high , yet stool is provided The upstairs room gets warm , and the window upstairs has no covering, so early morning light. The upstairs is semi private and really comfortable The master had a nice king bed , yet mattress covers are needed. Many towel provided, beach gear, chairs etc etc, which was awesome Everything provided in the kitchen , appliances including washer and dryer were excellent 10 min wal to Allii drive, down hill 20 min walk up hill to safeway/ walmart. It is on the third floor , no problem unless heavy loads of luggage Parking spot is provided we decided to rent a car the full two weeks , everything is up hill in Kona i must say this was the cleanest rental we have had , hats off to the cleaning staff! Essentials were provided i.e tp / paper towel etc Pool was nice Would definitely stay here again

Nice condo in the heart of Kona!

Taking into account the price, location, and amenities offered, this is a great place to stay in Kona. It's two blocks away from the waterfront so you are close to everything. The living area and upstairs can get a little warm in the afternoon with the sun shining right through the upper windows, even with the ceiling fans and AC operating. My only disappointment was that we were asked to do some cleaning in the condo before checking out (washing towels, doing dishes, etc.). There was no mention of this in the listing and nothing in the rental agreement. While it's not a huge deal, I paid a cleaning fee upfront at the time of booking so I assumed all the cleaning would be taken care of by the cleaning service.

Tolle Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super. Man hat viel Platz und wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen dort. Mit dem eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr war auch Top. In nur 5 Minuten waren wir am Ortszentrum. WĂŒrden die Wohnung wieder nehmen.
