This truly Incredible, Top Floor, Fully Remodeled, Corner unit is a LOVED condo by so many guests.
Enjoy beautiful cathedral vaulted ceilings, a wrap-around tiled lanai, lush tropical garden views, spectacular finishes.
Unit has AC split systems in living room and bedrooms. This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.

This unique property has beautiful finishes. From the granite countertops to the gorgeous wood floors in the Living Room, this unit has been thoughtfully decorated and remodeled with many features one could yearn for.

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a gated special Oceanfront Development. Enjoy 3 lighted tennis courts, a remodeled pool, volleyball court, BBQ'S for use, & a clubhouse on site.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

You can walk off the property at the other end of complex and find a BLACK SAND BEACH that is directly adjacent to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club!

Spacious, airy, and filled with sunlight, this tropical vacation getaway is one of the rare corner units with a 20 foot cathedral ceiling. It has a wraparound tiled lanai that offers a view of a lush tropical garden that leads to the oceanfront. Your daily sunset show will be silhouettes of palm trees in the backdrop of a purple sky.

The master bedroom offers a peekaboo ocean view and beautiful mountain views to wake up to, and receives intoxicating morning breezes. It has a gel foam king bed for the ultimate comfort. The second bedroom with a plush queen bed can be closed off by shoji doors for privacy into a suite with bath. A spiral staircase leads to a very private, cozy third (converted loft) bedroom with a King Sized Bed and its own closet.

A super-spacious kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, a microwave, and a quiet dishwasher. Your breakfast can be served at the sprawling granite breakfast counter or on the lanai with a serene morning view.

Loved our stay here. They thought of everything one might need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked even had coffee. the beds were really comfortable.. the patio was beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We had a wonderful time

Great property for a group

We were staying at the property to attend a major outrigger paddling competition. The location is outside the hustle and bustle of Kona and we appreciated the quiet. The site amenities such as pool and BBQs were great for us. The lanai was pleasant and provided us with a range of seating arrangements for the group in addition to indoor living room. The rooms were fairly spacious and the beds comfortable. AC is an optional extra charge but definitely needed in summer. The kitchen was well set up with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed. A few spices and dried herbs were also available. The washer was in the process of being replaced but we were fairly compensated and also offered an option to move should we have preferred that option. Because we were paddling and competing laundry was important to us. The management company responded very quickly to this and another small maintenance issue. Things happen but they were quickly remediated. It is a very good option for a group or larger family and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice homely feel. Spacious apartment. Gated community. All the amenities you would expect, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms on main floor and a 2nd floor loft bedroom. Lots of TV channels. Very clean. Good location...easy drive to airport and tourists spots along the way. Supermarket around the corner.

Family Trip to the Big Island

We stayed here as a pit stop to our adventures on the big island. The property was perfectly located for us, slightly south of town but convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Just a short car ride to downtown and the restaurants. This is the perfect property to watch the sun set over the pacific. While not ideal for swimming, the shoreline and small beach were just steps away. A private paradise with only a handful of other guests in sight.

A Nice Stay

Location and a/c excellent. Very spacious unit accurately described. Directions and instructions were accurate. Although we were aware of spiral staircase, we didn't realize how difficult navigating it would be--even dangerous. We found the lockbox to be old and worn. Had to hold cover in place when entering code to get it open. It would have been helpful to know that you must re-enter code to get cover back on. The toilets are old. One of ours backed up on our first day (Saturday). Though property manager kept in touch, we didn't see a plumber 'til Monday. In spite of these 2 issues, we would stay here again.

Island Retreat

This property is exactly what you see in the photos-beautiful, clean and all the island feelings you expect away from home. Our first trip to the Big Island for a family wedding at the Kona Outrigger made it very special. We were close to the festivities-without being at the resort with the rest of our extended family:) Looking forward to returning again for an extended stay-thank you for sharing your home and island with us.

Lovely unit

The unit is nicely furnished with tropical decor and is conveniently located near beautiful Kahalu’u beach park. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai which overlooks the lush garden. It’s a short drive to Kona for restaurants and shopping. Wonderful stay!

Excellent location. Loved viewing sunrise over the trees and garden from the large lanai and listening to the morning bird chorus. Tennis courts and pool are well maintained and within easy access. Easy walking to Kahulu’u snorkel beach, the shopping center and along the shoreline. We’ll definitely be returning!

Big Island Adventure

We had a great time staying in Kay’s unit in during our first trip to the Big Island. The unit is gorgeous with the high ceilings and decorations. The kitchen had all we needed although some new pans would be a great upgrade. The wrap around lanai was in incredible and the surroundings beautiful. It was only two of us but I can see this unit being great for a family or two couples. We are very happy we chose to book with Kay and would do so again in a heartbeat!

Good location!

This condo is conveniently located close to the main roads and the seashore. Also close to a shopping center which is nice. It’s very clean, with comfortable beds and has my favorite feature besides the AC, a wrap around lanai for relaxing in the breeze and listening to the birds, especially early morning and evening. A quiet development which we appreciated.

Perfect Home Away from H on e

This was the perfect home base for my family of 5 while we were vacationing in the Big Island. The unit is bright and had plenty of space for us to sprawl around. The big plus was the air conditioning to keep us cool during the warm summer days and nights. It is conveniently located being so close to grocery stores, downtown restaurants and shops and beautiful beaches right along Ali’s drive. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and seasonings and oil. There was bathroom and laundry essentials. We didn’t need to buy or bring our own. The beach gear was also helpful but needs a few more basic stuff like newer beach chairs and lacking beach mat. Plenty of beach towels though and thankful that there was even any. I would have lived a bigger cooler to take every time we go out to the beach and some to go containers for packing food to go. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our stay at this vacation rental.

Enjoyed breakfast every morning and sunsets every evening from the wonderful lanai. Roomy, clean, and comfortable; website photos very accurate. Beautiful complex near beaches and shopping.

The place was nice and airy. The lanai was spacious and comfortable. It was a great evening spot to hang out. The beds were a little hard for our taste, but likely fine for many others. The kitchen could really use some new skillets, as most there were worn out and peeling. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Great place for my family

This place provided a great stay for me and my family. We loved the Lanai and access to beach items. We loved the community pool and well manicured grounds. It has good access to the area. Only drawback was the first night we showed up and it was sauna like heat. Had to crank the AC and the first night was a little toasty.

Perfect place in Paradise for our family vacation

This place was as good as it gets, it had al the comforts of home with many bonuses you’d want in paradise. The rooms were all clean and had everything needed, the kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed to cook our own meals. The extras of beach towels, toys like boogie boards and snorkel sets along with chairs for the beach made this place the perfect place for our family. The area is very nicely kept and buildings are far enough apart it felt private. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Fantastic Spot

We loved staying here! The bright openness of this condo was something we didn't see in other places we considered. The wrap around balcony was great for lounging, playing games, having dinner, morning coffee, and really nice to be able to go outside and hear the rain but still be covered. The pool at the complex was incredibly clean with plenty of poolside chairs and space. The evening sunsets either from the balcony or the bench just across the way from the condo were to die for. There's a super convenient little shopping center about a 1/4 mile up the hill with the best grocery store, sushi restaurant, and drug store. While were about a 12 min drive south of Kailua-Kona, we were closer to captain cook which has amazing snorkeling and other activities. North Kona just above the condo has a lot to offer as well. The island is huge but this location felt like a good place to be if you want to be central to everything you should see. Thanks Kay!
