The unit also features a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, convenient for 2 guests who want to sleep separately, or for a 3rd guest. POOL NOTICE: The pool will be closed from June 21 - July 2, due to exterior work being completed close to the pool area.

AIR CONDITIONING UPDATE - January 2026
In the late fall of 2025, the central air conditioning system at Hale Kona Kai was replaced. The HVAC equipment that services the individual condo was also inspected, with and any and all required maintenance/repairs completed. The air conditioning is in peak condition at this time.

Beach gear: this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and a small cooler for guests use. It may or may not have some snorkel gear that was left by previous guests. We do not provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear takes all the fun out of snorkeling, so it is best to rent your equipment while you are here.
