Qualité exceptionnelle Oceanview, maison de trois chambres à coucher située au coeur de Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. En franchissant la porte et en voyant l'océan bleu sortir du balcon, vous arrivez au paradis hawaïen!

ComplĂštement mis Ă  jour avec des portes coulissantes de 16 pieds ouvrant sur un grand balcon (lanai), une piscine privĂ©e avec oasis, un bain Ă  remous, des meubles de grande qualitĂ©, Ă  quelques minutes seulement des restaurants et des boutiques, rien n’est meilleur que cette maison.

La maison sera votre station privée avec tout le nécessaire pour des vacances hawaïennes parfaites. Détendez-vous toute la journée sur le balcon avec le mobilier ultra confortable de la marque Barcalounger, ou descendez quelques marches pour vous rendre dans une trÚs grande piscine oasis privée dotée d'un rare «plateau de bronzage» et d'un belvédÚre.

Absolutely incredible stay! It is better than the pictures. Was spotless upon our arrival. Comfortable beds. Pool was heated and we had so much fun swimming with our 1 year old. Hosts were so kind and easily accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

This is a wonderful home. The hosts are great. Quickly responsive and very respectful. The home was very clean. It had a beautiful view from the lanai which we used a lot. The pool was great. They kept it nice and warm for us which we really appreciated since the weather was a little cooler. They even gave us a nice gift card to a wonderful restaurant. The food was delicious. They provided all necessities like toilet paper, soap, paper towels etc with plenty to spare. And I would like to say it wasn’t the cheap stuff like most rental homes provide. It was good quality products like I use at home which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again if we come back to the Big Island. Thank you Lee and Courtney!

Rain shower in primary suite was the best yet. Large with lots of flow. Beds were very comfortable averaging 10 hours of luxurious sleep each night.Pool is heated & clean. Nice pool deck with the gazebo & TV. One drawback is that the pool is NOT on the same level as the house & living quarters. It’s a flight of stairs down plus a little more. Not a “problem” but should be known in case anyone staying has mobility issues. Hot tub is not adjacent to the pool or built into it. Hot tub is actually on the side of the house midway down to the pool. We actually didn’t use it. Kitchen is very well appointed. Not lacking for anything. Practically brand new grill.Lanai is wonderful. Spectacular views, large space, big beautiful table & comfy patio furniture. Was our favorite place to hang out each morning visiting & drinking our coffee.Living room has a big screen TV with comfortable sofa & lounger. Great for watching movies and the MLB playoffs. Very nice home. Reasonably priced. Lee & Courtney were attentive & easy to work with. Another side note: this is a split level home with a tenant in the “middle” level. No issues with them. They don’t use any of the areas (lanai, pool, hot tub) that are reserved for guests. But if “skinny dipping” is your thing
not the place to do it! The tenants COULD just look out their window to the pool area. So while it’s private, it’s not PRIVATE. We’d stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Kona!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to town. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Communication from the host was excellent. Our favorite part was watching the sunsets on the deck. You can't go wrong with this place!

Island Getaway in Kailua-Kona

Just spent a week at this gem in Kailua Kona. A comfortable home with a pool and hot tub. The home was cleaned and comfortable. Even though I packed some minor kitchen tools, the kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint was buying too much food we couldn’t finish! We lucked out with the weather; comfortable with just the ceiling fans.We would highly recommend this rental. Thanks to Lee and Courtney!

Big Island Oasis

Our group had a great time staying here!! Everything was as advertised. The house was very clean, the hosts provided bath towels, soap/shampoo, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and all sorts of fun float toys for the kids to use in the pool. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots/pans to make meals when we stayed in. Lee & Courtney are great hosts and we’ll definitely stay here the next time we come over!!

A stunning home in paradise

The location was terrific. Parking was so convenient. The house was white glove clean. The view was spectacular. The pool was sparkling clean and heated just right. The house contained everything you could possibly need for cooking, barbecuing, laundry, beach going, snorkeling, even bags to use for shopping. You feel like you’re in your own home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking annd convenient to everything. Our hosts, Lee and Courtney were most welcoming and responsive. 2 questions we had were answered with lightening speed. An instruction book for guests is excellent and very informative. The only negative I have is that we had to leave this wonderful house in paradise. Thank you, Lee & Courtney.We’ll certainly be back!

Perfect house in Kona!

We wanted a house that was close to things but also with a pool and space for us to hang out in a few days. This was great for us! Both my kids (9 & 7) loved the pool and having their own rooms. The hosts thought of everything that we could’ve needed or wanted. Plenty of outlets, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar experience!

Wonderful family vacation

The Vacation rental is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a central location to the activities my family and I wanted to do on our trip to the big Island. Excellent snorkeling only a few minutes away with several family-friendly beaches close as well. Hot tub and pool were an excellent way to spend the evenings after long days of exploring the island.

Beautiful and relaxing!

This house was amazing! Everything about it felt comfortable and relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the lanai just enjoying the breeze and looking out on that gorgeous view! Watching sunrise or sunset from the tub in the master batch was perfect. I cannot think of anything that could be improved - it was that wonderful. Plenty of space for my family (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) to spread out or get together as the spirit moved us.

Amazing View

We spent most of our time on the lanai that overlooks the ocean and the pool. The view is one of the best on the island! We watched almost every sunset. The home is comfortable and clean, we had everything we needed to make this a memorable stay. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of pool toys and lounges, and there are even chairs, etc to take to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. This was a great home base for all of our exploring! The hosts are wonderful and the communication was perfect.

Perfect Stay on the Kona Coast!

Our family of four loved everything about our stay at this home overlooking the Kona Coast. Our hosts, Lee & Courtney, were easy to work with, and the communications were excellent. The house was sparkling clean when we checked in, nicely appointed, close to shopping/restaurants, and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the heated pool, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and spacious kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and linens were abundant and fresh. My favorite feature was the incredible 180-degree view of the Kona Coast from the covered lanai. The daytime views and sunsets were breathtaking. Our family loved dining at the spacious table on the lanai. On a scale of 1 - 10, our family gave the house and visit to the Kona Coast a 15!

Great Family Spot on the Big Island

Had a lovely time at this house on the side of the hills overlooking the Ocean. Beautiful Sunset each night, and a HEATED, WARM pool with a great Lanai and a hot tub! Great kitchen, A/C individually in each room, W/D and Dishwasher. Beach stuff to take with you and towels. Really everything we could have needed for the week! Thanks for the great stay!

Just what we wanted!

The house was perfect for us. It had everything you could need in the kitchen for cooking. Soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing powder and liquid for washing bigger pots/pans, extra towels! It was wonderful not to have to worry about shopping for anything other than food once we landed. The pool was great. My kids loved it and they even have floats and toys to use in the pool. We ate on the lanai for almost every meal. The breeze flowing through the house was heavenly and we had A/C in the bedroom for night. You could not ask for a more perfect stay. I think this is the most accurate a house listing has been from all the other places I have stayed with my family. Thank you to the owners for thinking of everything.

Awesome vacation

The owner was great at accommodating us around our flights. The TV by the pool broke so it was replaced with a new one the same day. It was perfect for watching the Super Bowl by the pool. The house had everything we needed for snorkeling, chairs for the beach or floating in the pool. Definitely recommend as the view was amazing.
