Intime condo TRUE OCEANFRONT avec AC pour deux, mais le centre-ville de Kona pour plus de commodité. Un troisiÚme invité dormirait sur une NOUVELLE reine 2019, véritable divan-lit à matelas dans le salon. Nous sommes un condo privé et géré, bien approvisionné. Pas simplement une autre chambre d'hÎtel; Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue dans votre maison tropicale.

Nous apprécions nos couples en vacances, avec ou sans enfant, et nos hÎtes en voyage d'affaires: chambre king surdimensionnée, vanité et salle de bain. Décor attrayant hawaïen, bord de l'eau lanai, et une cuisine complÚte avec des couteaux tranchants, ustensiles de cuisine de qualité et de la vaisselle, le vin que vous devez apporter sont vos maillots de bain!

La climatisation est gratuite pour nos clients. Chaque invitĂ© accepte de n'utiliser que lorsque les portes et les fenĂȘtres sont bien fermĂ©es, afin d'Ă©viter des dommages d'humiditĂ© au plafond. Les coĂ»ts rĂ©els des rĂ©parations devraient ĂȘtre Ă©valuĂ©s en cas de non-conformitĂ©.

This was a very pleasant experience. Jan was very communicative throughout the process. The condo is wonderful. The kitchen contains every amenity that we could think of needing throughout our stay. The living room was very comfortable and the bedroom, including the bed and linens was also nice and cozy. Nice having the vanity separate from the toilet and tub/shower. Our favorite part, however, was the lanai. The view is beautiful and relaxing and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. We also took advantage of some of the outdoor Beach equipment that’s available. Every detail and eventuality has been thought through even in regards to the outdoor equipment. Lastly, we enjoyed the proximity to all the shopping and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the 1 mile walk from our hotel to the very end of the immediate shopping and dining areas. Very quaint and picturesque. It reminded us of us a lot of Lahaina in many ways. We were so saddened when Lahaina burned and were pleasantly surprised at the similar feel of this area. Overall, we were very pleased and enjoyed our week celebrating our 33rd anniversary.

The best time of our lives

My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing property and could not write a more glowing review. The view, the sound of the crashing waves, the unbeleivably convenient location (definitely eat at Lava Java!) and Cami set everything up perfectly. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this condo to everyone It is truly a wonderful experience.

Great location

Pros: Location to town was amazing! Accommodations good. Condo as described. Communication was excellent. Cooler and chairs for use was fantastic. Great parking spot. Cons: Pool was not clean with cockroaches and other bugs floating in it, so could not swim at all. Kitchen (cupboards, plates, utensils) need deep cleaning, had to buy Clorox wipes for sticky surfaces and rewash any dishes we planned to use.

Konamazing was fantastic!

The location of this condo is awesome. The view from the lanai is beautiful. There is not a beach but watching and listening to the waves crash on the shore is wonderful. We walked everywhere because everything is so close. Having a designated parking spot was great.The condo is clean, nicely furnished and really cute. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jan and Cami were great to work with. They even left us a bottle of champagne with chilled champagne glasses and nice card to help celebrate our anniversary. The bamboo sheets are amazing, I think I need some at home! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The shower has plenty of water pressure. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely place and wonderful hosts

We came to Kona for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by the anniversary treats that the hosts left for us. They were very communicative and helpful. They gave us advice on things to do as well! The place was lovely - quiet and peaceful with the perfect view of the ocean and the pool. It had every amenity we needed for our week-long stay. We nestled right in. Thank you!

Fantastic Rental with Great Hosts!

My husband and I were very impressed with this rental. The view is incredible, the amenities were abundant, and the a/c was much appreciated on warm days. It was very comfortable. Also, the renters were such kind, communicative, and reliable folks. A dream to work with. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful location and comfortable stay. Can’t beat the ability to easily walk the waterfront for shopping, dinner, drinks, scenery. Deck and view are amazing. East parking, laundry access, full kitchen. Property manager very responsive! Left us a thoughtful gift for our anniversary celebration.

Issues with cleanliness, security and mold

We accidentally made our reservation with a Thursday check in for 2 nights, instead of Wednesday. Jan said we could move our reservation up a day, if we would pay more for Wednesday, which was fine. The day before check in, as instructed we called the property manager, Cami and left her a voicemail. The next day we still hadn’t heard from Cami, so we messaged Jan and only then did we finally receive the instructions via text from Cami. We also let Jan know that our flight was delayed, which she said wasn’t a problem. We arrived at the property and left almost immediately, due to health and safety concerns. There was black mold in the shower, the dishwasher had thick black mold around the filter, the air vents were extremely dirty, and the sliding patio door couldn't be locked or secured due to a portable a/c unit that was attached. We arrived at 8 pm, left by 8:20 and immediately reached out to Cami and sent pictures. We also sent Jan a message through VRBO. Once again, Cami never responded, and Jan didn’t reply until 4 am. Jan’s response essentially stated that we never reached out to Cami, and it was our choice not to stay in the condo. She said we should have allowed them to fix the issues. (Again, we left the condo at 8:20 pm and could not reach Cami or Jan. The first response we got back was 7-8 hours later.) We had everything documented with texts, emails and photos and thankfully VRBO was able to resolve the issue for us.

Nice place to visit Kona

The view from the condo is amazing. The condo is a short walk to nearby restaurants and stores. We walked to gelato everyday, which was very tasty (they change a couple flavors out everyday). The condo building itself is pretty old, but the unit is in pretty decent shape. The central AC is down, but there is a portable AC unit in the bedroom and one in the living room. The portable ac unit in the living room connects to the balcony slider door, so the door does not lock. The unit is on the second floor, so probably not a huge deal, but it made us a little uncomfortable. The balcony is a nice little spot to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy the waves. We got an acai breakfast (also a very short walk away) twice on our trip and probably would have had more if we discovered it sooner... It is amazing. Overall we had a great time and would come back. Thank you!

Our Favourite VRBO So Far

This was our best experience with VRBO so far. The property was immaculately clean, the hosts were helpful and responsive, and the location is unbeatable. Check in was seamless and the hosts did their best to accommodate us on a late arrival and some minor schedule changes. I also have to say that this unit was very tastefully decorated. We were very impressed with the furnishings and style including the owner’s own photography hung on the walls. We had two young children sleeping on the hide-a-bed sofa. It was among the most comfortable fold-out sofas I’ve seen and the hosts made sure to make it up with fresh bedding for us. We were vacationing with family who were staying in the same complex, and while their experience was very positive as well, I would say that the small details made our stay even better. I would recommend this property to anyone.
