There are also other common transportation options such as Uber, Hele-on Bus, and Kona Trolley.

1. ENFORCED QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9 PM - 8 AM HST: No loud noise outside these hours. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with the residential area. Mahalo.

2. PEST CONTROL: Pest control comes once per month. If the Pest Control Service appointment lands during your reservation, we will let you know beforehand because the technician will need to enter your rental to service. Regular Pest Control services are very common on all the islands. Mahalo

3. LATE CHECKOUTS: Any unauthorized late check-out is subject to a late checkout fee of $100. Mahalo
