Welcome to our newly renovated Paradise Haven Retreat, a stylish and comfortable vacation rental located in the heart of Kona on Alii Drive. With a boho chic vibe and the capacity to accommodate up to 4 guests, our retreat is the perfect home base for exploring all that the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer.

Our spacious condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of room for relaxation and privacy. The second bedroom is located in the loft area upstairs, complete with its full bathroom and a closet. You'll also have the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

Please note that the two window AC units are located in the lower bedroom and the living room area. In the loft bedroom (without AC) there is a ceiling fan & tower fans available in the closet).

One of the highlights of our retreat is its prime location. Situated right on Alii Drive, you'll have easy access to a wide range of activities and attractions. The famous King Kamehameha Beach and various local stores are just a short walk away, allowing you to explore the area on foot. If you prefer to cook your meals, our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need. And when it's time to relax or enjoy a meal outdoors, you can take advantage of the barbecue area by the pool.

We want to note that our condo is located on the top floor, which means there are several stairs to access the unit and the second-bedroom loft area. We kindly ask that you exercise caution, particularly if you are traveling with children or elderly guests. However, we assure you that the stunning views from our condo make the effort worthwhile.

In the vicinity of our retreat, you'll find a recently renovated shopping center with a new Safeway store, where you can conveniently stock up on food and other essentials. The Lanihau shopping center is also nearby, offering additional stores for your convenience.

We are thrilled to host you at our Paradise Haven Retreat and strive to provide you with a memorable and enjoyable stay. Only one parking space is available for overnight parking.

This is a beautiful property. It is so convenient to all that Kona offers. The agent that handled the property was amazingly responsive. If you are coming for an IRONMAN, I highly recommend this location.

Comfortable & Convenient Stay

We had a wonderful week in Kona at this VRBO. The property manager was quick to respond and provided all necessary information to ensure an easy check in and check out process. The condo was clean and newly updated! We loved the views from the cozy outdoor patio - which was also equipped with beach chairs, toys, and umbrella (such a nice perk as we were able to explore the beautiful beaches of the big island with the necessary toys). As in some other reviews, the lofted bedroom can get a little toasty but with the ceiling fan and the provided portable fan, we were able to get some air flow and slept comfortably after the afternoon heat dispersed. The rest of the condo included AC window units which worked just fine for us. We also loved the location of this condo as it was right near Ali’i drive, which has lots of shops and restaurants. A nearby grocery store and the fully equipped kitchen in the condo also made for a convenient and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Very hot and uncomfortable

The place was very clean, well supplied with towels and beach gear. But, the AC wasn't working well, even with all the fans in full blast. The loft was very hot, couldn't sleep. We couldn't get the loft bedroom to cool down.

Very Nice Third Story Walk Up

We found the Paradise Haven to be a pretty nice place to stay. The owner has made an obvious effort to make this a luxury condo with upgraded finishes and plenty of ammenities. It is within a fairly easy walk of the Alii Drive shopping and beach access....the walk back, however, is mostly uphill and end with the three flights of stairs to access the unit. We had only one real complaint with the condo: the AC consists of two very small window units, both located under a shelf of sorts. The upstairs loft got very warm and had only fans to help cool it.

Best condo in Kona for relaxation and comfortable beds!

We LOVED this property. We didn't spend a whole lot of time inside as we had great weather but the time, we did was perfect. Beautifully decorated, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out great so we could get ready at the same time, washer & dryer was a plus, and comfortable beds/pillows. We both slept so well! We would love to stay here again on our next trip.
