Un endroit parfait Ă  Big Island

Location parfaite, couchers de soleil magnifiques, trĂšs bel emplacement. Pas de plage mais deux piscines. A proximitĂ© (en auto) de beaucoup de choses. Le seul item Qui manquait Ă©tait des choses de plages (qu’on voyait sur les photos, mais pas dispo au condo), sinon super Ă©quipements, cuisine et salle de bain magnifiques.

2nd Stay & Here to Stay!We just got done staying here again for 8/9 days, and we are always sad to leave. My husband and I joke around that we could buy this unit (it feels like home!) someday — perhaps! We feel very comfortable in this condo. Temperature wise, we were always feeling nice and cool from the hot sun. Everything is updated & simple, the cute dĂ©cor feels super tropical & relaxing, and the unit is safe & quiet. We love the pools, grills, and other amenities. The fancy shower in this condo is our favorite! Staying here with a toddler is very easy and enjoyable as well. I love that the kitchen is fully stocked with helpful dishes and appliances. We love the closeness to town, and the peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the lanai. Knuston & Associates (property managers) are also very nice about accommodating requests/complaints. Very, very nice place to stay!The only thing I'd like to see in general is assigned parking for Casa De Emdeko guests and residents, but maybe that will happen someday!

Overall great place to stay. Really good location. Great roads nearby for walking/jogging. Not close parking on site, so be prepared to hike your bags a bit, other than that it was a great place to stay and very comfortable. Had everything we needed.

Water Issues

The only reason we are down grading the property is due to the water issues. Intermittent water shut offs and no hot water for 3 days. We loved the property and hoped the water issues would resolve but unfortunately the entire complex was having issues and by the 3rd day we were desperately needing a hot shower. However the property was very nice, large kitchen with everything you would need, wonderful lanai, beautiful sunsets, nice bed and quiet. When we shared our frustration with the property manager they were more than understanding. We would definitely rent from Knutson Properties again just maybe not this complex.

Perfection

This property is perfect! Although no direct beach access it has an amazing pool and sandy "beach" right on the ocean. There is a lovely lanai area with BBQs and tables near the saltwater pool. The condo itself was clean and well appointed in the kitchen as well as snorkeling and beach gear. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is ideal as well

Exceeding my expectations! Beautifully remodeled and the shower is amazing! It really is like a spa massage all in a shower! Private beach and saltwater pool on the ocean is mesmerizing with the ocean waves crashing in. Sunsets are great from here as well! Well equipped to make your stay very comfortable. Comfy bed. Gated community and very quiet. Our last night we had rainbow on one side of us and sunset on the other. We found a quiet little spot around the corner from the pool that was perfect. Celebrated the end of our 4@ year anniversary trip here.

Emplacement stratégique !

Beau logement ! Le deuxiĂšme couchage situĂ© dans le salon/salle Ă  manger peut ĂȘtre sĂ©parĂ© du reste de l’appartement par un rideau. TrĂšs pratique ! Par contre la literie du salon (sofa-lit) est mĂ©diocre. Ok pour des enfants mais pas pour des adultes. Logement TRES bien Ă©quipĂ© ! Bravo !

Can I give more than 5 stars??!!

This place is perfect. Breakfast on the balcony every morning. Great ocean sounds and bird sounds. That’s all you hear. The neighbors are very quiet and the design of property blocks out road noise. Not sure which part was my favorite: fans in EVERY room, the kitchen (with everything you need), the recliner for watching tv (which you probably won’t even do bc of the amazing location), the shower (OMG I LOVE), the balcony, or the pools (the ocean one was my favorite), or the beautiful sunset every night. The bed was good (my husband liked but I prefer a very very soft bed, so this one was normal bed for him), we slept good every night. I left 2 clips to clip the curtains closed so no light gets in, and we bought and left a washable coffee filter so no need to buy filters. Literally this place was beyond what I expected. I planned too much to do and would have stayed in the pool all day. If you have an afternoon flight I would request a late checkout just to use the pool longer (pool house has showers) and for the gated parking. My suggestion is to go south to the KTA for groceries (all others were pricey), and eat at least once at Sunset Kai Lanai (at sunset). The host was very responsive (checked on us before, and during check in just to see if we needed anything). If we ever come back to Hawaii, we will return to this island and this location. I only hope we are able to come back (and would definitely spend an entire day at the pool). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Unit and Location

Beautiful Location and Lovely Unit. However it was extremely musty when we arrived. Smelled as if it had been closed up for months. I was also very disappointed that there was no welcome basket or even some coffee to make the first pot, After traveling all day it's nice to not have to find a store right off the bat, have a snack and a cup of coffee.The water gear that is pictured was also not be found. The property manager did offer to reimburse us if we wanted to purchase some and leave it there for future travelers. This was my first time using VRBO and I found it somewhat impersonal compared to my experiences with other rental sites

Honeymoon Vacation

The property was fabulous! We tended to stay out and do all we could on the Big Island, but when we came back we had a relaxing property waiting for us. The other residents were very nice as well. We did utilize both pools and the grills as well, which were all positive experiences!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung welche top eingerichtet ist und absolut alles hatte was man so braucht. Auch die Anlage mit 2 Pools und am Meer gelegen ist sehr schön und zudem ruhig gelegen. Daher sehr zu empfehlen !
