- The resort will undergo Villa renovations from March 15, 2027-December 31,2027. Common areas will remain open, expect noise, dust and work crews.

- All reservations are subject to Hawaii’s Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT), collected at check-in.
- A credit card is required at check in for the $250 security deposit.
- This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
- Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax, payable at check-out.
- The closest beach is a half-mile from the resort.
- Temporary beds, such as rollaway beds are not available.
- Children and infants are included in the occupancy allowed in a suite.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
