-A mail key is not included in this listing, please have any mail or packages delivered to the nearest post office
-Please keep the door closed when you are not present in the unit.
-No items can be stored or left outside the unit, or hung off of any of the railings
-Guest must register with the resident manager within 7 days of arrival
-Please leave the Condo keys (3) in the lockbox when you check out. A fine of $200 will be passed on to the guest per lost key.
-A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.
Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests.
