This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1204 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a king-size bed with essential linens provided. With direct access to the lanai, you can wake up each morning to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean greeting you, a great way to start your day! The spacious bathroom includes a shower and bathtub combo. As you enter this unit you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly combines comfort and style. The living room is designed with a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests and large windows and sliding glass doors to flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four, or take your dining experience outside to the lanai, where you can savor your food while gazing at the stunning ocean views. Project started on 7/20/26 and is estimated to take 3-4 weeks to complete. Contractors will need brief access to each unit to drill holes and install exterior conduit. Work began on the 1 stack, proceeded to the 2 stack and will continue until the 10 stack is completed.
>Lanai/Spalling Repairs on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor units.
Estimated start date 8/17/26 starting on the 4 stack (units 104, 204, 304) and moving to the 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 stack, then moving onto the 1, 2, 3 stacks if necessary.
Scaffolding and ladders will be set up in front of the units requiring repairs. The work is noisy as they will be grinding into the concrete surface of the building, then patching and painting as needed. If damage is noted on the higher floor units, they may be added to the repair schedule.
Work hours are: 9am to 5pm Mon-Sat
