Bedroom 1: This room features an ocean view, queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access that leads out to the lanai. En suite bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet with an ocean view(not kidding), and plenty of storage.



Bedroom 2: This room also features an ocean view, King size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, TV with cable, and a direct private lanai.

2nd bedroom/guest bathroom features single sink vanity, remodeled walk in shower, toilet, and storage.



Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, Smart TV with cable, pull out comfy queen sofa sleeper, and two chairs. There is also beach gear for your use in this unit(NO snorkel gear).



Lanai: Dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs on this large lanai. There is also a second private lanai off Bedroom 2.

Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.



☀️CLIMATE: Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
